Does God Still Heal and Perform Miracles Today?

And in this episode, we're discussing healing and miracles. But before we jump into this topic and much more, Rabbi, how was your weekend? Hey Darrell, good to see you. What a great weekend. Listen, I had something really unique happen this week. I want to share it with people. I know we're going to talk about healing and miracles. Okay, and listen, I love this subject. Before I was saved, I was kind of skeptical, like healing and miracles.

0:40 And in fact, I even made fun of some healing and miracles I had to repent of. But this is kind of how the Lord's prepares me. So one of the situations that happened to me a couple of weeks ago, I had a visitation of the Lord. I really sensed, like in this visitation, like T.L. Osborne, who was an amazing healing evangelist back in the day. He mentored Pastor Tim and I for about 15 years. And I've traveled around the world with him, Africa and different places. So but anyway, I really sensed in the spirit, I didn't see anything, wasn't that? But I heard his voice in my head and I felt his hands on my shoulder and I felt like he said, son, it's time to go.

1:23 And I knew what that meant. I was like, okay, it's time to something in the healing realm is getting ready to happen. So and then two weeks later, it's a Friday night, we're getting ready to go into a service. And I felt led to call a friend of mine that I haven't talked to in several years. He's 82 years old. He has some health issues. And he says, it's amazing that you call me because he said, we're he said, I had a dream about you last night. And then he and I joked, I said, well, I hope you don't dream about me all the time. And he laughed. And he says, No, he says, he says, first time I've ever had a dream about you. And he says, I was at a large like arena, there was a healing crusade, I was there for healing.

2:07 When I pressed in and walked down to the front to where I could get down front, the person that was leading the crusade for the healing was you. And I thought, oh my gosh, so I had the TL experience and now this. And so the Lord is telling me that there is a ladder rain of healing anointing being released. In fact, coming into the studio today for this podcast, this morning when I woke up, Pastor Jerry Curry from Port St. Lucie, Florida, he's South African. He operates in a very strong healing anointing. But anyway, I turned my phone on for I got out of bed, my phone binged.

2:49 And it was a live broadcast from him in Florida, talking about healing and miracles. So on the way in, I called him and he's very busy, doesn't usually answer the phone. He picked up the phone. He said, Rabbi, what's going on? I told him about this. And he was so excited. Of course, he says, Hey, you need to come to Florida and we're going to do a healing revival. And we may do that. But but the reason I want to talk about this today is because I think it's pretty natural to talk about this because there's a lot of confusion of how it works. So the reason I'm sharing this with with with you guys here in the podcast is I've been around healing and miracles for 33 years.

3:30 I've been very fortunate to be with like the TL Osborne level, you know, with 50,000 people. I did I did my own crusade in Nicaragua. Thirty five thousand people there in Managua. Healing miracles and so and then the miracles and the signs and wonders here. When I first got saved with miracles, one of the interesting things was, well, let's have you ask questions. But I just kind of want to I want to frame the podcast for you to know like where I'm coming from answering the questions. When I first got saved my second trip to Israel, I was at the Holy Land West Hotel at a conference and a man died in the lobby and I was there and one of the leaders, Israeli leaders that was there, his name Shaul.

4:21 He I'm newly saved. He's been saved for years and we're both in our 30s and someone knocked on the hotel room door. We were in the room praying with some of the leaders there and I wasn't part of the leadership. I was just tagging along as part of my call is to be exposed to this and someone knocked on the door and all panicked. They said, hey, listen, Mr. So and so from wherever is in the lobby and he's dead. And so it was like a bit. So like what was your reaction, you know, at least up front inside your head when that was happening? Well, you know, I mean, I know a little bit of scripture at this point.

5:04 I'm not dead, but I do know it says that in the Great Commission, you'll lay hands on the sick, the blind, the deaf, but it also says and you'll raise the dead. And I'm going, well, I've never seen that before. So it was interesting because Shaul knew I was brand new to the Lord, but he saw the call and he actually told everyone else to stay in the in the room and he says, you come, you come with me. And so I go, all right. So then we get out in the lobby, I'll never forget it, the the people, the Israelis working behind the desk. He told them to stay. He's very authoritative. He's very Sabra Israelis, a paratrooper war hero guy and not and a believer.

5:47 And so now he he tells all the other believers that are in the lobby. He says, you go back to the conference, go back. So he clears like the room and it's just he and I and we kneel down. He says and I follow in his instructions that we kneel down and here's the gentleman that has passed away. And I mean, he's gone. He's already got the blue lips and he's he's gone. And so he's not like, you know, no breathing. And and Shaul just simply said to him, he said, wake up. It's not your time to go. We need you here. Wake up now. And you show his name. And he just went this deep breath. Excuse me. And he came back to life.

6:28 So and then we had another gentleman actually die here in House of David in line going into the immersion pool. And we had a nurse here and she said, you know, he's gone and prayed and he came back. So so I'm just just kind of phrasing this conversation is I'm going to share with you what I know to help you to believe to you. You just need to know in this subject, you kind of need to settle it in your mind first. Is there healing? Is there miracles? And so that's where we're going to go today. Kind of a long way of starting. But I really felt led personally. You just need to know, listen, I've seen people come out of wheelchairs.

7:09 I've seen blind eyes, deaf ears and raised from the dead. So I'm coming from a place of where I'm actually kind of testifying to you more than teaching you. So if you have questions, I just want to share what I've experienced and what I know. Yeah. So let's go ahead and jump into this conversation a little bit more in depth. You know, talking with you beforehand, you kind of explained to me what you wanted to talk about, healing and miracles. But then you added a second part. It was the physical and the spiritual aspect of the healing and miracles. So let's just break that down from a base level a little bit more for the listeners. All right.

7:51 OK, so first of all, your physical body, when you receive a healing, not a miracle, and they're different. OK, so I'm going to break it down just shortly here and then I'm going to go deep into it. First of all, healing is something that happens spiritually and then your body has to take time to respond. A miracle is when your body responds immediately, like you have a tumor and the tumor is gone. OK, that's a miracle. I'll give you an example. We're in Nicaragua. A woman had a cancerous tumor in her stomach and they told us that.

8:37 And she came up on the platform and we prayed for her and she literally vomited in front of 35,000 people and she actually vomited out the tumor. I mean, it projectiled out of her mouth, landed on the platform. What was it look on your face when? Well, you know, it's like the Gomer pile is like, golly, stuff really work. Yeah. Yeah. But that was a miracle. I mean, she was healed. Just a surreal moment. Yeah. It's just you're looking at I don't mean to be gross, but there's this fleshly tumor, bloody and it's there.

9:19 And it was very projectile and demonic. You know, I mean, it was like we're sitting there. This is all on film. So I mean, it happened. But most of the time what happens with people is you have to align your mind with the word of God and then your soul comes in agreement. Your mind, will and emotion says, OK, I am believing for my healing. And then what happens is the healing process in your body starts to take place because your body is going to do what your mind tells it to do. It's like anything else. Your mind thinks I'm going to walk. You walk. You're I'm going to pick up my phone. You know, you don't just randomly just pick up your phone. You have to think about it.

10:00 So so it's very important to have a faith mindset in this. One of the reasons. Right, that's kind of how in the physical, the physical healing, the physical healing is. Oh, Rabbi. Rabbi, we're doing a podcast. You can't just silence your phone. Yeah, I know. I thought I had it silenced. No, I didn't. Look at that. That's OK. Yeah. Sorry about that, folks. I'll turn the phone off. How about that? Yeah. So so here's here's the thing with the physical healing is as soon as you speak it, you're is as soon as you speak it and believe it, it physically starts in your body. But then what happens is you have to maintain it by believing and feeding it.

10:45 And so a lot of you know, I have people like, you know, people get sick and you pray for them and they die. OK. And that's going to happen. And it does happen. But you have to also understand that when you pray that in the spirit realm, what happens is there's a there's a reverse from the curse. The blood of Jesus expunges sin. I know it's a legal term and the wages of sin is death. So all sickness and disease has the same root. It's sin. People don't like to say, oh, I didn't sin. Listen, this is how it works. I'm sharing what I know.

11:28 I'm not a theologian, but I've but we have seen literally thousands of people healed and miracles. So, you know, I'm just telling you this is how it works. What happens in the spirit realm, when you align the spirit realm in a person's body with the word of God, the healing starts in every single person. Now, if they choose not to believe, then it sort of says it turns the switch off. But people will say things like, well, that person didn't get healed or died because they didn't have enough faith. I don't really like saying that. It's not about how much faith you have.

12:09 Listen, I know you have to have faith. Please don't get me wrong. But really, what it really this is after 33 years, it's maintaining a faith mindset in your mind. You have to keep your head in the game. And that's why when I've been with people who and I've had several, I've had some dear, very close friends that have we believe for healing and they died and want to be with the Lord. But in every case with those strong believers that went home, they actually made a choice in every case. What was happening was the pain and suffering from the infirmity they were battling.

12:50 Most of them were cancerous type things. And what they decided was most the two I'm thinking of both had a visitation of Jesus actually come. And then what happened is their pain was instantly gone. And they made a choice and they said, you know what, I'm tired of fighting this battle. They say goodbye to their family. The family releases them and they go home to be with the Lord in peace, which then there is ultimate healing because when you go to heaven, there is no sickness and no disease. So I guess jumping back to a point that you just kind of made when you said, well, you know, like they just have lack of faith, right?

13:34 What would you say to believers that are lacking in faith, in healings and miracles, you know, to encourage them or some insight into it for them? Okay, baby steps. So I'll give you some baby steps in faith. When Megan was little, I'm talking like seven to 10 years old, I wanted to teach her about praying and making decrees. So when she would go and this one, we lived in Wenatchee, she'd love to do this.

14:14 We'd get in our Jeep. Wenatchee. Yeah, Wenatchee, Washington. Yeah. So we lived there. We're in the fruit business and I had a Jeep at the time and she loved it because we'd go down and just had a bikini top on the top, the doors off. It's really fun. We live way up in the mountains. We drive down into town and but wherever we were going to go, whether it was to the Starbucks or the grocery or to pick up the laundry, whatever it was that we were doing, what we would do is she and I, we would pray that all the traffic lights, small town, but all the traffic lights that we would go would be green. We're not in a hurry. It was a faith thing.

14:55 And then wherever we were going, that there would be a parking spot right in the front. Now, I pray that now, but I can tell you, I'll tell you, Darrell, you can ask her next time you do a podcast with her. The Lord never failed. All the lights were green and there was always a parking spot right in the front. And the reason I did that, excuse me, now we're going to get to healing, is that when you pray for somebody, you have to have the experience of praying. I'll give you an example. I'm talking about Megan. I can remember when she was about 10 years old and we randomly ran into somebody on the street there in Wenatchee and I prayed for them.

15:40 And when I got done praying, they felt the prayer. I prayed for healing. And I still do it to this day if I see some, but did it yesterday, had a person in our house that came to do some work and prayed for them. So I mean, it's like a lifestyle. We do it all the time. And so anyway, I pray for this person and Megan's like 10 years old and she said to the lady, she said, ma'am, can I share something with you? She said, okay. She said, when my daddy prays for you, you're going to be healed because of Jesus. But typically what happens, she said, is you're going to get worse before you get better because she says trials come immediately for the word's sake.

16:22 So after you pray, you may feel better. But she says, I want you to go home and know that he has a gift and he prays for you, you're healed. This 10 years old, she's saying this. But she's been around it her whole life. So it's just something that to answer the people like with the faith, what you do, you build up your faith by the renewing of your mind by the washing of the word. What you have to do is you need to, like we have this book called Scripture Keys. In fact, you can go to curtlandy.com and order one. And it has all the different scriptures for the different battles, sicknesses that you have.

17:02 What happens is you have to start renewing your mind to where if you read it enough and you hear it enough, then what happens is you'll start to believe it more. I'll give you an example. One of the things I do with my goals to grow. This morning, I literally verbalized the whole program out loud with Christie and we prayed and said, amen. So listen, I wrote the program. I filled the program out. But today, I need the favor of God today. So today, we sat at the kitchen table and I'm reading this thing out loud. She's crying, the power of God's coming. And what's happening is it keeps me on goal for my goals, keeps me healthy, keeps me prospering.

17:49 Why? Because the more I hear it, the more I believe it. So I really, I think if I could leave anything with people is you have to believe. And sometimes, listen, I am a man of faith. I'm a word of faith, all that. I have no issues with any of that. But the believing is more important than even the faith. Because the faith is the substance of things hoped for, not seen. But if I can say it this way, because of everything I just shared in the podcast, I believe in healing. I don't have faith for healing. I've seen too much healing. I believe it. You see what I'm, does that make sense? I mean, it's like it's in me.

18:30 It's like I, put it this way, it's God's nature to heal. It's not even a New Testament concept. Because in the Old Testament, he says, I am the God that healeth thee. That's Old Testament. And now Jesus comes with the blood of Jesus, and he actually activates the healing. When he said it is finished, what he was saying is everything that the devil stole from the garden and the curse is now redeemed by the blood of Jesus. All of it. And so, you know, it was finished. The Lamb of God, everything that we have was purchased. So I think what people have to understand, I think where I've been blessed to come to you, and listen, I don't profess to have arrived anywhere, but my experience of 33 years being born again is the nature of God, who so loved the world, who gave his only begotten son, his nature is he sent the best to give us the best and healing is the children's bread.

19:28 And I have faith, but I also, more than faith, I trust and believe it. And I believe it for you. You're listening right now and you know, your body, you know, is always in different cycles. And so to me, you have to battle for healing all the time. I mean, like right now you're recovering from a cold and we just rebuke that cold in Jesus name by the blood. And so, you know, I came back from Israel. I don't know what the heck I had, but it wasn't good. And I had to battle. But you know, it's not, there's no shame in it. And people say, well, I thought you said the wage of sin is death. Well, yeah, I sinned too. I sin, I have pride, I have unbelief, I do different things, but I repent.

20:11 So the point is once you repent and apply the blood of Jesus, then your body starts to heal itself again. Yeah. Man, yeah, you're right. I am still recovering. You know, it was something you said to me, I think a month or two ago when, you know, you came back from a trip and you weren't feeling great. But like, you weren't ever going to let the devil stop you from preaching on a Friday night. You know, that to me, the past couple of days, just getting up, being energized, having the faith that I'm going to be healed and I'm going to get past it.

20:59 I guess that point kind of brings me to something that you've kind of touched on back and forth. I guess the question, why is it so difficult for people to get past the first baby step or two? Right? I mean, it's like individually, if someone's going through something like, say they have a sickness or they know someone else that is sick. Right? And then that's a pretty generic example, but that's pretty much what people think of miracles and healing. Right? Why is it so tough to get over the edge, like initially, that you get all this momentum that you're praying for, you believe in the healings and miracles, and then you get so negative so quickly.

21:44 Right? Like, at least from a psychological perspective, because of the warfare that's out there. Well, Satan absolutely hates miracles and healing because it confirms that God is real. And the thing is, he wants to be God. And so if he can, it's just like prophecy. The reason he's attacking the Jewish people in the land of Israel is because the Bible says the land belongs to the Jews. So he's trying to make God to be a liar. Same thing with healing. Same thing with sickness. He's trying to put something on you so that it makes God a liar.

22:29 Or at least you, he can't make it, but he can make people think it. And you know, one of the things that, if Satan is attacking you, he's attacking you because he sees something valuable in you. Okay? Because even a thief doesn't attack or break into an empty house. And so a lot of times, this is just my testimony. Okay? I have no scientific proof. But my experience of 33 years is that right before a promotion or right after a major victory is usually when sickness and things attack.

23:13 So the example, you saw me when I came back from Israel, I went to the platform. I actually had 105 fever. No one knew it. That's why I stayed away from the people. I was very, very sick and no one even noticed. What happened is I was sick in the green room, but when I came around the side, went up the platform, as soon as the anointing came, I wasn't sick. I literally was experiencing health. Soon as I got off the platform to go home, I was even more sick than when I got there. But the reason is, is I made a promise to my family and a promise to the ministry and to the Lord, I would never let the devil control my calendar.

24:02 And that's been, it's just like, he's not in control. I have a choice. Yeah. Have you ever preached on just that, like just not allowing the devil to control your, I don't think I've ever heard that before. Yeah, I've preached that message. Yeah. You just can't, listen, once you get, once you show them some weakness, it's like a bully, you know, it's like it once, you know, you can't, my dad, Ray, the Marine who raised me in Los Angeles always told me, he says, he said, Curtis, if you ever start a fight, you're going to get the belt when you come home. But if you ever walk away from a fight, you're also going to get the belt. So what happens is what he, listen, the neighborhood I grew up in, you can't, like it wasn't, you had to deal with the violent thing.

24:47 Cause I mean, we fought all the time. It was dangerous. And so, but what he was saying is you can't back away from a fight. So if a bully's pushing you, you know, he says, he taught me how to box. He said, you need to position yourself and punch him in the nose and he'll back off. And it did happen. So, I mean, you can't like, you know, in that setting, listen, I'm telling that, listen, my grandkids, none of them is rough as they are with each other. And they are, they're always got a bruise or something going on, but they're, they're rough little guys. And, but the reason I'm not backing off on that is because they're going to live in a rough world and you need to know how to take care of yourself.

25:30 And so in the spirit realm, when you're battling a sickness or a disease, that sickness is trying to punch you in the nose. You need to punch it back with the word of God and the blood of Jesus and just say, guess what? This doesn't belong to me. Get away from me. I bind you. I cast you out in Jesus' name. So a lot of it has to do with your attitude of, I'll tell an interesting story. We were in, I want to say it was Thailand. We were in Thailand and they had taken us out for this Thai food. Well like eighties, nineties, two thousands? This was in the two thousands. So we go and they took us out and we had all sorts of Thai food.

26:17 Some of it's super hot. In fact, Christie ate something and her face splotched out red. It was like some kind of Thai food. You know what Thai food is. But anyway, so we had the Thai food. Well, and I don't mean to be gross about it, but so anyway, I was scheduled to preach and when you go to Asia and you go to Africa, they'll have you preach. Listen, they'll preach four or five times a day. It's not like in America you go and you preach 45 minutes, you're out, but not there. So anyway, the food didn't agree with me. So I actually got like a sterilized bowel. I'm just telling you, I mean, it just, it's the, you know, monazumis revenge or whatever they call it when you go overseas.

27:00 So I've got it. And I mean, I got it bad. And so, so anyway, I'm going to preach. I'm fine preaching, but, and I mean this to be funny, but you'll not forget this and this is a true story. So then they had ordered a shofar from us from America and we had shipped it to Thailand. They were so excited and they said, Oh, I want you to blow it. I'm like, you're the first one you're here. Please bless us and blow the shofar. And I literally hold the shofar and I said, no, it'd be better. I I'm going to bless the shofar with my hands and then you bless, cause I can't blow the shofar. I mean, if I use the muscles to blow the shofar, we're going to have a real issue.

27:40 Yeah. I mean, everything's going to go down. Yeah. I'm sick. So, but my point is, and the point is, is that you, you never let the enemy see you sweat and you can't let the enemy, and I never did blow the shofar, but, but my point was, is that you have to push through. I think a lot of times with healing and miracles, people don't realize where the healing you have to push through to the complete healing comes. And with a miracle you have to push through after you receive it to maintain it. And, and, and you, and you push through by, you know, staying in positive fellowship with people that believe the way you do.

28:21 And you know, for me, I think you're always battling for a miracle and a healing because your body is, is transforming every day. You're getting older. You know, the scripture says that the Lord wants to renew your youth. You could rise up as on wings like eagles, all that. That's a whole parable testimony in itself. I can share some time why, why he said the eagle, but it's just healing is, is, is for you. And if I want to say this, it's a covenant right as a believer. It's in the contract that you're healed. It says by his stripes, you are the healed of the Lord.

29:02 So you have a contract for healing. The thing is you have to believe and enforce the contract. And we'll be right back. It's a new year and a new you. Alright so Rabbi let's you know as we make a turn towards the end of this episode let's try to identify something a little bit past the baby steps that you mentioned a few minutes ago. What's two practical things that the listener that I mean just think like what can I do today the listener two practical steps to take momentum forward.

33:32 Well one of the things you can do is I have messages about healing and miracles at curtlandry.com. I think you could listen to those messages. I would also order our we have a workbook on spiritual warfare excuse me because receiving and maintaining healing and miracles is spiritual warfare. So that would be practical. But I think the biggest thing to do is study the covenant your covenant contract. The word covenant is really a contract. You have a right a legal right in the spirit realm to be healed.

34:17 So your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. The high priest of your temple is Jesus and Jesus is the healer. There's no sickness in him. He paid stripes on his back. I could go real deep into this. There's literally thirty nine roots of all the diseases in the world and he took thirty nine stripes on his back. He took a stripe for the root of every infirmity. He reversed the curse. When Adam and Eve were in the garden before the fall there was absolutely no sickness no disease no briars nothing.

34:59 It was a perfect world. So then there was the fall. Then the Lord came and had sent Jesus and Jesus restores healing to the children and the children's bread. So it's a covenant right. Listen it's all in the Bible. You have to understand you're not separated from healing. There's a woman I believe she's a Samaritan woman and she made the comment that even the dogs get the crumbs from the bread because what she was saying was listen I'm a Samaritan I'm not a Jew Jesus you're a Jewish rabbi but even the dogs get the crumbs.

35:45 She wasn't she wasn't saying that she's a dog. That's why you have to dig into the scripture. The Samaritans come from the lineage of Caleb so that two men that believed God for the promised land was Joshua the Jew Caleb the Gentile. Caleb his name means canine or dog. She is from and under the lineage of Caleb. So what she's saying is listen we've been grafted in as Samaritans to the Jewish bread which is the healing bread and as Caleb even we need the crumbs.

36:27 But what she was saying is even if I had a crumb off your table I would be healed. See so you just need to understand it is if I can if I could say anything it is so God's nature to want to heal you keep you healed. He paid a huge price for you and the biggest step that you can do is really if you would say this prayer with me just say Father God in Yeshua's name in Jesus name would you please help my unbelief and help me understand healing. Now I was ministering to a lady yesterday and she needs healing and I'll just share the conversation.

37:10 This is what I said first I said your healing is already paid for you're going to be healed and the Lord's going to do a miracle in your life. And of course she started to weep and because she was really being touched it was not it was me speaking that the Holy Spirit was touching her. And then this is when she broke I said this to her I said my experience and she knows my testimony and like you guys do now I said my experience with healing and miracles it's not about the healing. And you know it's so wonderful it's so wonderful to get healed it's so wonderful to get a miracle but there's something more wonderful.

37:55 What happens in the human soul when God does a miracle or healing in a person's body is that person has a personal visitation of the God of the universe becomes real and kisses him on the head. And all of a sudden it's like well he may love Rabbi he may love Darrell but what about me you don't know what I've done you don't know who I am like the Samaritan woman at the well. The healing and the miracle I want you to receive today is this God sees you he knows the hair on your head he loves you and when he gives you a healing and actually it manifests in your life it's wonderful to be healed what's what's more wonderful is to know God loves you personally that it's personal that so to say he in the spirit realm you're on the radar he kisses you on the head so to say in the spirit and you know any people who have had that experience it's almost like you don't have to do this but it's like would you trade the healing for the experience of the love of God.

39:09 You would choose the experience of the love of God. I have literally watched people die I have I have laid in bed and held family members and friends hands as they passed away and all of them that I've done that with our believers to watch a believer engulfed in the love of God passing from this life to the next because there is no death they're not dying they're just leaving this life to go on into eternity. If you've had the experience of literally holding their hand and watch them peacefully transfer to heaven that's what makes the love of God so real.

39:56 It's even more powerful than a miracle is that God can take a human being because listen it's our nature to fear the unknown and when you die your only way to have peace is to have faith that there is a heaven and there is but to watch that happen so that's my prayer is that for people is believe God read the word trust the word and the other thing I would encourage you is to pray for as many people as you can. Don't listen it's not about you if you pray and they all your job is just to believe pray the scripture in Jesus name and the more you pray the more it builds.

40:38 I think if Christy was here she'd tell you that the reason Rabbi believes like I do is because I probably pray for sick people almost every day of my life. I mean it doesn't you know had someone in our house yesterday they come from a very different religious group and even to their they're in a religious group that men the men can't touch the women and you're not supposed to talk to them or make eye contact. So this woman is in my house and she's sick so this is what I said to her.

41:23 First of all she's been around my house before so she knows us but she's way outside our culture and I said if you were in my house I said can I ask you a question she said yes I said if you were in my house and I said I want you to imagine that you've had nothing to drink. I'm standing in the kitchen and we have a reverse osmosis water system and she knows that I'm looking at the house at the thing. I said if you were in my house and you were dehydrating and you absolutely had to have a drink of water I said wouldn't it be a crime if I didn't just came over here and I flipped the switch and gave you a glass of water for your need and she said yeah she said of course I mean that would not be right if I didn't give her water and I said well you're sick and you have an infirmity and I have the gift of healing and the gift of faith and if I didn't give you that gift it would be as wrong as me not giving you a drink of water from that faucet and I said can I pray for you she started to cry and she had her sister there and she said so if you come up on that side lay hands on her and I had Christy come because Christy can touch her so she's got her hands on her and I said what I need you
