Supreme Court to Hear Texas v Pennsylvania Election Case

Texas is leading the charge against battleground states in the election in a case that the Supreme Court has chosen to hear. The Texas attorney general filed a lawsuit against the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the states of Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin to block them from locking in their electoral votes.
