All right, today we're talking about believing big and doing big. Man, you know, I think it's so important, right? That if you are a next level leader, you already get this, right?

3:39 What you are trying to accomplish is so big, so awesome, that a lot of people don't have the ability to comprehend it. Next level leaders always think outside the box. You're always doing something bigger. And so I want to just start out by declaring today, you must have a God-sized vision. What do I mean by that? I tell people all the time, if the vision is your size, then it's easy to develop a plan or strategy to accomplish it, particularly when you think about the resources. It's easy to say, oh, I got that. But see, when you are a next level leader and you think big, you start thinking about stuff you don't even have the money for yet.

4:20 That's the God-sized stuff. Things that make your knees buckle. Things that make you sit back and say, whoa, God, I mean, this is pretty big. You begin to lean on Him. When you are a next level leader, you've got to think big. I just need everybody to write it down and declare it big. See, when you think big like that, it means that you've gotten to a place that you've expanded. Listen carefully. You have literally expanded your scale. You've gotten to a place that now you stretch yourself and you begin to realize what's possible. The moment I begin to realize that God is no respect to a person and if I've seen people do amazing things, I'm saying, God, if you did it for them, you could do it for me.

5:00 So Lord, expand me and launch my territory. Bless me indeed. I need people who are hearing this to understand the power of a God-sized vision. That if it's going to happen, God's gonna have to do it. You're not crazy for thinking like that. Whatever you're going after, always say, you know what, God, let me take this vision to a place where only you can accomplish it. I cannot accomplish this by myself, but I must accomplish it in you. The second thing about these big visions and doing things big is you have to do something that's never been done before.

5:41 Walking into a space where there is no president, where you have no paradigm before you and you're wondering, wow, how do I find support for this? It's because you're called to do something that nobody's ever done. That's how next level leaders are. You don't necessarily follow in the footsteps of the paths that others have taken. You chart out your own paths. God has placed something extraordinary inside of you that means you may be the first one to actually accomplish what you're trying to accomplish. Are you okay with that? Are you okay saying, I'm willing to walk into something and be the first to ever do it? I'm willing to do something that's never been done before?

6:24 Do you know how big that is? Steve Jobs had that vision, something that had never been done before and he did it. Think about it. Think about it. Elon Musk had that vision and it came to pass. When you fix your mind and your spirit and begin to think about those kinds of things, you'd be amazed at how they will come to fruition. That's why, number three, you must prepare for where you're going and not where you've been. You gotta be a guru right here, man. You gotta study, you gotta read, you gotta watch various podcasts, you gotta make sure you put yourself in a position to say, I'm preparing for where I'm going.

7:05 I wanna always put myself at the two religious people that can stretch me beyond where I am and show me what's coming. This is what a next level leader has to do. Prepare yourself, not in the easy, predictable ways, but prepare yourself in ways that are uncommon for you, that stretch you, that show you what you've never seen before. Take you where you've never been before. This is how you evolve as a leader and it's so important, right? Because it leads us to number four. If you can afford it, it's probably not big enough.

7:45 All right, so watch this. Take a sheet of paper out and write this. At the top, near the top, I want you to write supervision. Write it down, supervision. Now that you've written that down, I want you to write under supervision, put an arrow coming down and I want you to write provision, okay? Write between supervision and provision, I want you to write vision. Vision is gonna be the sandwich, get it? So when I keep my vision under supervision, I always have provision. Are you getting it now? My vision must be under supervision and therefore I have provision.

8:31 What a marvelous way of looking at that. I have never had a vision that I could afford. I always tell people if it's God's will, it's God's bill. If it's God's choice, it's God's invoice. So stop fretting if you don't have the money for it. Put yourself in a situation where you realize if you can afford it, it's probably not big enough. I got some things, man, that I am just believing and working on and I'm like, wow, I know I don't have the money for this. People will walk up to you and say, how you gonna fund that? Yeah, you got a plan, but man, you're like, you know what? God has to bring this plan together.

9:12 So make number four rather, make certain that you realize if you can afford it, it's probably not big enough. Number five, are you ready? Write this down. You can't be big if little got you. Now you know I'm talking about a mindset. I'm talking about how so many people wanna do big things, but you still think small. You still are incarcerated by the opinions of other people, your environment of smallness has therefore put a chokehold on you and then you begin to demonize anything that's beyond that. But you gotta get to a place where you declare that I will not let little have me.

9:53 Little will apprehend you. Little will always hinder you. You can't be big if your mindset doesn't expand. That's why you got to visualize where you're going. Sometimes you got to sit up and close your eyes and just visualize the big thing that you're walking into and believe that that thing is going to come to fruition. That's how our next double leader thinks, man, I visualize, man. I do it all the time. I sit back and I see myself in it. I begin to fix my mind. If I fix my mind toward it, my mouth will go toward it and I will begin to speak those things that be not as though they were. So listen, you can't be big if little got you out here hating on, progressive people.

10:39 Little has you out here saying, oh, this will do. Little will have you out here settling for something beneath your God-given potential. I want you to really understand this. Let's declare today I'm a big thinker. Now go after big stuff. Here's number six. Put yourself in rooms where big things are happening. There it is. Sometimes we have great ideas, but we're in the wrong rooms.

11:20 We're in spaces where people cannot receive what we have to offer because they don't have the capacity to do so. Let me tell you something. I'm always trying to put myself in the right rooms. I'm always trying to put myself in places where big things are happening. Just being a fly on the wall, just listening to how it comes together will be didactic. It will help me evolve as the leader I'm supposed to evolve toward. I want you to hear this loud and clear. Ladies and gentlemen, find the right rooms. Find the right rooms. Pay attention, listen. Find the right rooms.

12:02 All right? Let's review. Boy, this is fun. I'm loving this one. We're talking about how do you believe big? How do you get to a place where everything around you you just have a different understanding of scale? Well, you understand that vision must be God-sized. That was number one. Whatever God is showing us can only be accomplished with his help. Let it be God-sized, beyond your physical and mental ability to actually pull off by yourself, but you recognize if it's going to happen, you need him. Number two, do something that's never been done before. Are you willing to go into that space and even be criticized or challenged because nobody's ever seen it done like that before?

12:45 That's what you're called to do. And while that's happening, prepare for where you're going and not where you've been. Get to a place where you say, I see my future. I visualize it. I know what's going to happen. And I'm not going to allow anything or anybody to prevent me from walking into it. So here's the deal. Prepare for it. Number four, if you can afford it, it's probably not big enough. How about that? It's probably not big enough, meaning that you got the money for it now. You know, that's a blessing to be able to do it that free or whatever, but there comes a moment where you're stretching and you're like, God keeps stretching me, keeps opening up opportunities.

13:28 It's because it is a God-sized vision. It is big. So therefore, I recognize, I never have a vision I can afford. If it's God's will, we learn it's God's bill. But here's the next thing. Remember, we talked about this, right? That you can't be big if little got you. It's all about your mindset. It's about how you view your situation. If you're sitting back intimidated, afraid to speak, little has you. You got to walk in rooms like you deserve to be there. Your God is a big God. You got a big vision. So you got to walk in there unapologetically and you got to declare that I'm not a person that thinks small, nothing about me is small.

14:11 I'm a big thinker out of the box and I'm unapologetic in doing so. But here, ladies and gentlemen, number six, putting yourself in rooms where big things are happening. Do you know that big things are happening all around you? When you put yourself in the right rooms, you'd be amazed at how this will play out. I've just learned, man, to put myself in the right rooms at the right time so I can glean. I can listen and learn and glean in this season. If you're gonna do big things, hang out while the big fish hang out. Here's number seven, increase your scale and your seed.

14:53 Wow. I mean, think about it. The more you want, the larger the project, the larger the vision, the greater the seed needs to be. Sometimes when we give to God, we sow our offering, it's the same thing as always been. So how can you expect bigger things to happen if your seed and everything about you remains the same? At some point, you've got to say, I see bigger, my scale is much larger than my current situation. I see myself owning this, I see myself having this, I see myself occupying this territory. My scale is bigger. And when you do that, your seed gets bigger too.

15:34 Because you recognize the more I sow, I'm sowing into where I'm going. I'm sowing because my seed gets bigger. This is what you do when you think big. You got a big mindset, your offerings get bigger. Man, I believe, I believe man that one day somebody's going to walk down the aisle of my church, put in my hand a seven figure check for the kingdom of God, all because they think big. They're believing God for big. It could be you, the person that said, I believe in God for something so big that you can tell by my seed what I'm believing for to happen. I am so thankful for all of you who are tuned in today.

I've never allowed myself to be brought to a place beneath what God promised me. Do you realize that God has promised you something extraordinary?
