15 Promises for Praying the Rosary / Truth or Untruth? (336)

The Catholic practice of praying the rosary traces back to a priest named Dominic. In 1208 A.D., he claimed to receive a vision of Mary directing him to use it as a spiritual weapon. Then in the fifteenth century, a Dominican friar named Alanus de Rupe alleged that Mary communicated 15 promises for those who pray the rosary, some of which are very profound. Are these “promises” a blessed spiritual reality or the perpetration of a false hope?
