0:00 Now, here's for somebody in here. Okay, you ready? And I felt led to share this with us today. The eagle tests before it trusts. Now, we're talking to female eagles right now. When a female eagle meets a male, what? And wants to mate. Do we have any single ladies in here? She flies down to earth with a male pursuing her, and she picks up a twig. She flies back into the air with a male pursuing her. Once she has reached a height high enough for her, you know, can I be honest?

0:55 We're pretty good, ladies. We cook, we clean, we... We raise kids. We're doctor moms. We're counselors. We just could multitask. Why do you think the enemy's tried to silence us? She lets her twig fall to the ground and watches it as it falls. The male chases after the twig. The faster it falls, the faster he chases it. He has to catch it. Before it falls to the ground. Now she's testing him. He then brings it back to the female eagle. Look what I have. And he puffs his chest up. Does that sound like a guy to you? The female eagle grabs the twig and flies to another higher altitude and then drops the twig for the male to chase. This goes on for hours. With the height increasing until the female eagle is assured that the male eagle has mastered the art of catching the twig, which shows commitment.

2:06 Don't settle for anything other than God's best, single people. God has a plan for your life, and there is a male eagle that's suited just for you. This is for somebody. Then and only then she will allow him to mate with her. Now, whether in our private life or business or partnerships, it's very important to test one's commitment. Okay, we're almost there. My goodness, what time is it? Are you having fun? Acts 1044. Remember, while I preach the word, I believe the Holy Ghost is going to meet you in your seats. Eagles have seats. God is no respecter of person. So the Holy Ghost came upon me? I didn't expect that.

3:04 Did you? No. There's going to be some unexpected things that God's going to do by just coming upon you. The power of the Most High. overshadowing you. While Peter yet spake the words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them that heard the word. Expect to receive right in your seat. So eagles have strong vision. They have the ability to focus on something up to three miles away, and when an eagle sights its prey, he narrows his focus on it, and he sets out to get it no matter what the obstacle. Devil, you cannot have my children.

3:45 Devil, you cannot have my grandchildren. Devil, you cannot have my brother. Devil, you cannot have my pastors. Devil, you cannot have my region. focusing in on what is important to the heart of God, grasping a hold of that and saying, for me to live is Christ. No matter what the obstacle, the eagle is not moved from his focus, from the prey until he grabs it. This, again, speaks to me of discernment. Lastly, and we're going to get into this. Eagles do not eat dead things.

4:29 Raise up a combination of the levy surrender. They need to surrender some dead things, Lord. Let them restore a malanta. I want to restore vision to my people. But they're holding on to dead things, which is hindering them from the vision that I have. What I'm seeing is... you, you're holding on to dead things and it's hindering your vision. It's like a dark cloud. When you remove that dead thing, and I'm going to teach you how today, you're going to be able to mount up with wings like an eagle and you're going to see like you've never seen before. And you'll see why the enemy tried to take you out. So eagles do not eat dead things. They feed only on fresh prey. vultures eat dead animals you're not a vulture screw the devil and i said it and that person that said mean things to to you him as well see let me tell you what abusers do they see the potential in you And they attack you where your gift is. And so they try to belittle you and put you down so that you don't rise up and be everything that God has called you to be and God has called you to do. And remember, sometimes we wrestle not against people, but

6:00 against demons that are influencing people. So devils sometimes speak right out of their mouths. Amen. Vultures eat dead animals, but eagles will not. So how do we intertwine our life with God like that picture showed us with the rope? How do we do it? Margie, how do I stay strong? Margie, how do I reach my full potential? How do I be everything that God's called me to be? You ready? I could cry as I say this. You'd be surprised. Even ministry leaders. Sometimes need to hear this. Myself included. You have to know God for yourself. Moses, go into the presence of God and find out what he has to say to us. We're afraid of God. No, Moses, you get the word of the Lord. No, those days are over. We are living in perilous times. This is not a time for us not to know God for ourselves. Like when those hurricanes hit, some of you were sitting in your houses. by yourself. You know, you didn't have any ringy dingy phone call to make or text to pastor so and so. You had to know God for yourself.

7:29 That you yourself personally dwell in the secret place of the Most High. That you yourself personally abide under the shadow of the Almighty. You have to know personally that you can say of the Lord, you are my refuge, my fortress. In you do I trust. Surely I know that you're going to deliver me from the snare of the fowler and from the noisome pestilence. A thousand will fall at my side and ten thousand at the other side. But because I know you, because I know you. And I've set my love upon you. I know that no weapon formed against me will prosper. And I know that a thousand will fall at my side. And ten thousand at the other side. But it will not come near me. Because I know your word. And I know that you've given your angels charge over me. To keep me in all of my ways. And in my pathway there is life.

8:34 And not death. And if you're in a hospital room. And you're sitting there. You have to know God for yourself. That with long life. He will satisfy me. And show me his salvation. Listen. I'm just going to say it. And I'm not being mean. Don't be lazy. This is not a time for us to draw back. It's a time for us to lean into God. A time for us to pray. us into God. It's a time for us to come to know him and understand the wonders of his person intimately. You got to know God for yourself. You got to know God for yourself. Because listen, when you know God, you know that he's the same yesterday, today, and forever. That he is the Lord God, he changes not, and that nothing is too hard for him. Not for your sister, but for you. Listen. When you're sitting in your house by yourself after being married for 33 years and all your kids are grown and your husband has exited the scene and you're sitting in your house by yourself, you have to know that you know that you know he will never leave me. He will never forsake me. He is with me always.

10:06 You have to know. that you know that you know that you are like a woman forsaken, grieved in spirit. But God says, I am a husband to you. I will be a provider for you. I will be everything you need me to be. And sometimes in those dark times, that's where intimacy with him is developed because you don't have anybody to lean on. Oh, they came around the first year and you could lean. on them. I was leaning on them. I just was leaning on my friend and leaning and God saying, now I want you to lean on me. Lean on me when you're not strong. Yeah. Lean on him.

10:51 You have to know God for yourself. Why are you saying that? Because it's true. We've grown lazy and then we get weary. Now what? See, now's the time to get to know God because everything's going good for some of you. It's going good, Mark. Everything's good. Now's the time to get to know him because when the storms come and the winds come and rage against your house, your house won't fall. Why? Because you're founded on the rock. I know who Jesus is. I know that when the winds come, he will cause me to mount up with wings like an eagle. And because my life is intertwined with him, I'm walking on the water.

11:40 Everybody else may be on sinking sand, but I'm walking on the water. We got to know God for ourselves. The Apostle Paul said, know why I feel so much compassion on the inside of me right now in this section? Because, you know why? The Lord just said, because not you, whoever's listening, my people have forsaken me, the fountain of living waters, and they become cisterns, broken cisterns that have held no and can hold no water. And he goes on in Jeremiah 2. He says, what did I do? I provided for you. I loved you. I took care of you. But you forsook me. You are living a life of ease. I think it's somewhere in Habakkuk.

12:40 I can't even say the word. Habakkuk, Haggai, whatever. One of them. You're living a life of ease. And therefore, what's going to happen eventually, little by little by little by little by little, you'll be backslid. And then there'll be holes in your bag and all your water will seep out. My people have forsaken me. He's saying, come unto me. What did I do? All ye that are late. And you know what the beauty of it is? We had a Bible study last night. We told the small group, you know, if you confess your sin, he's faithful and just. There's no like, oh. I've got to get in the presence of God and groan and tremble.

13:24 Oh, God. Oh, God. I'm so sorry. No. He is a father to you. If we confess our sin, he's faithful. Lord, I'm sorry. That's it. I tell God that. You know, sometimes I get so distracted. When you are your own. financial person, and your own take care of the hot water person, and it blew up, and you are your own take the garbage out person, and you are in the ministry, and you are, what else does the men do that we get help with when we're married? When you're everything, you get weary in well -doing. And what happens is the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches, the lusts of other things enter in, and it chokes your intimacy with God. We are distracted. So we got to get back. Right? It's all right. He's touched with the feelings of our infirmities. He knows our frame. He remembers that we are dust. He gets it. And you know what?

14:24 I believe that the Lord gives us time to figure it out, time to find our wind. This is a really good message today. Aren't you glad I'm using my notes that took me 10 hours to create and dissect and send to Bruce? Chapter and verse, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, 1, 2, 3, room and numeral, underline in red. He gives us time to find our wind. But when there comes a time when God wants you to do some great and mighty things on his behalf, he's saying enough is enough. It's time for you to seek the Lord till he comes and rains righteousness upon you. Break up. the foul ground.

15:06 It's time for you to move on and move into a greater level of intimacy with me so I can take you places you've never gone before. It's called preparation. God is preparing his eagles. You know what? This is South Florida, right? Southwest. You haven't seen anything yet. This is a season of a great move of God in this. And it's brewing. I could see like a man's hand the size of a cloud. The clouds are beginning to form. And God is about to send the rain in the time of the latter rain. And he needs you to rise up. Find your wind and take your place. I made a decision.

15:55 I'm following Jesus all the way. No turning back. Not doing it. So I said to Maria, I said, Maria, and I said it to her yesterday. I go, I decided I'm following Jesus all the way. I'm going all the way with God. You know, Maria's very calm. She goes, oh, I thought you were already doing that. I go, I'm going to another level of commitment. He's calling us to another level of commitment. Whatever that means, I don't know. It doesn't mean we hide away, you know, in a room and neglect our families. It's an internal commitment with him. It's putting him first place in our lives.

16:41 It's saying not my will, your will be done in my life. I choose to follow Jesus. No. turning back. No turning back. And the scripture's coming to my heart. No man, eagle, eaglets, has left houses. or brothers, or mothers, or sisters, for my name, for my sake, and shall not receive a hundredfold in this lifetime. Houses, brothers, mothers, sisters, whatever you've given up and given to God, he is going to multiply you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over. And let me just tell you this. Some people left you at T .D. Jakes. How many of you loved at T .D. Jakes? You know, T .D. Jakes is like they left you because they weren't tied to your destiny. So let them go. Make a decision today.

She's got a book called Let Them. Let them leave you. Let them talk about you. Let them. Let them not come see you. Let them. It's letting go of control. don't understand what they're doing. 19:18 Because if I come to you in an uncertain sound, Corinthians says you won't be prepared for the battle. So we have to intertwine our life with God. We have to know God for ourself. Know God for yourself. Get into your prayer chair. Nowadays, I can't do the closet thing and on my knees. You've heard me say this here before. You guys know me. We're family. Get down on your knees. But I got to get up from my knees. So I sit in a prayer chair. Prayer goes from sacrifice to joy, from a desire to a discipline to a delight.

20:09 How do you get to know God? Pray. You get in your prayer chair, and my mind is distracted at the noise of the enemy. My mind is distracted with the cares of this world. My mind is distracted because... This is something I'm in therapy for. My mind is distracted because everything has to be so perfect. And I think about, well, I've got to line that book up next to that other book before I can pray. No. Stop it. Do you know what that really is? It's a form of anxiety. because it's a form of anxiety and control because if I could just control all this, I could feel better on the inside. You know what I've been telling, I'm just telling you all my stuff, not everything, please. Mary Jo knows everything, Maria. But you know what I learned? You know what I say to myself? You got to talk to yourself. Stop it. You stop it. Stop it. When the thoughts come and the anxiety arises, what did the Bible say?

21:18 The Bible says, take no thoughts. I'm not taking that. Oh, it's perimenopause. Oh, it's menopause. This is a woman's event, guys. It's menopause. Really? Do we really have to take that? The only thing you can take, take some GABA. That's what you can take. Take GABA. What's the other thing, Mary Jo? GABA. She goes, I don't know. GABA. What's the other mineral, that stuff that we were talking about? Magnesium. You know, we're not saying no more doctors and no more natural stuff. I eat healthy every single day of my life.

22:02 But you know what? Don't take the thought. I just say stop it. Stop it. Everyone say stop it. So we've got to know God for ourself. Remember that? The apostle Paul said, for my determined, he was determined. He got in his prayer chair. He said, I'm sitting here, and no matter what comes in my head, I'm going to put God first. My determined purpose is that I may know him. That was his purpose. And he was a big shot back in the day. You know what? We've got some big shots in leadership that are little shots in the realm of the kingdom of God. Then the first will be last, then the last will be first. All true ministry should be born out of intimacy with Jesus. You can fly and you can soar on your gift for a season, but after a while, it'll all catch up with you. I don't want that. I've got to be honest with you. anybody's money. I don't need ministry. I don't need any of it. So I can't be controlled by anybody. Can't. And I personally, I don't go everywhere that God says that I get invitations to. And I tell the ministers because I do some ministry teaching, preaching, whatever you call it. And I always get back to return to your first love. Your first love isn't ministry.

23:32 I don't know why I'm saying all this. Your first love isn't ministry. It's him. So Paul found his purpose. I'm not going to define intimacy because we have a lot to say. Praise you, Jesus. Let's just lift our hands for a second. Heavenly Father, I just bring the people that are here in this room before you. And I thank you that you hear me when I pray. And you hear me always when I pray. And therefore, you are going to do what we pray. I pray for those who are here and those that are listening on replay and live and all social media. I pray that they would come to know and understand your heart, the wonders of your person, that you would give them a revelation of your love, and that by your spirit, you would anoint them in the place of prayer when they step in. to the prayer closet, wherever that is in their personal lives. I thank you. You said in your word, draw near to me and I'll draw near to you. Lord, when they take that step, I'm asking that your grace and your mercy would come upon them. Such grace that they'll be able to be ushered in to a new level of intimacy with you in Jesus name. So we need to pray. Number

25:02 two, Put the word of God first place in your life. 1 Peter 1 .23 says the word of God is the incorruptible seed. Do you believe that? Hebrews 4 .12 says the word of God is alive. It's alive. I don't have the Greek word for that, but it means alive. Alive is alive. What does that mean? It means it's alive. It's living. The word of God is alive. When you put the word of God, listen to this, in your heart, whether through reading, whether through listening. whether through meditating, whether through listening to things online, whether just straight scripture, whether your Bible app and you're reading it, when you put the word of God in your heart, it doesn't return void.

26:02 It is alive and it feeds your spirit, listen, and makes you strong. And so often, you know, we feed our bodies three full meals a day or Two meals a day and one, however you do your thing. And we feed our spirit one cold snack every other day. Well, if we are going to be strong, we've got to put the word of God in our hearts. It doesn't return void. It'll produce healing in your soul. My son, listen to this.

Another translation says medicine to all their flesh. So when you put the word of God in your heart, it makes you strong. Amen? So the word of God is food for your body. I mean, the word of God is food for your spirit. The word of God is also food for your soul and your mind. The Lord said many here are weary emotionally. Did you know that the word of God can heal your emotions?

27:38 Therapy is good. I'm in therapy. Dr. K, she reminds me, you need to rest, girl. All right. What are you going to do today? Rest. Sometimes we need natural help. But you know, the word of God can help you. It says in Psalms 23, 1 through 3, the Lord is my shepherd. I lack nothing. Oh, this is a good one for me. Yay. He makes me to lie down in green pastures. Do you know that busyness is a trauma response? Busy, busy, busy, busy, busy, busy, busy. It's a trauma response.

28:27 If you can't rest, there's some kind of trauma in your life that needs... To be healed. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me besides quiet waters. He restores, refreshes my soul. my soul. He guides me along the right path for his namesake. Jeremiah 30, 17 says, I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds. The word of God can heal your wounds. When you get a revelation of the love of God and how much he loves you, it'll drive out fear. It'll take care of the wounds. The word of God can renew your mind to such a level that a year from now, you won't recognize yourself. It is so amazing when you see yourself growing, in soaring, and you're free to soar in places and things that you thought heretofore you were not capable of.
