Goes into the hearts of the people, doesn't return void, it produces results. Hello everybody. I'm gonna go ahead and mute everyone. I have my notes here. Everyone's muted for now until we pray. Can you hear me? Okay. So Father, we just thank you that you are God and that you are our God and that we can come boldly to the throne of grace to obtain mercy and help in our time of need, not just for ourselves, but on the behalf of others.

0:49 And Father, that is our focus today and I thank you for the Spirit of God, the Holy Spirit of God, who will not only lead, guide, and direct our time together and those who are listening on the replay, but I thank you that the Holy Spirit of God will cause the ears of the listeners to hear and their eyes to be open. And I thank you for impartation of the spirit of prayer that those who hear will be motivated like never before to stand in the gap, to go before your throne, to lay one hand on you and one hand on the petition of prayer.

1:29 So we give you all the praise, all the honor as usual, and all the glory for everything that we do today in Jesus' name, amen. So hello, everybody. It's nice to be here with everyone today. I'm going to, the prayer focus today is going to be on prayer for leadership. And we're going to talk about prayer for leadership in our government and then I'm going to switch it to briefly talking about prayer for the ministry leaders. It says here in 1 Timothy chapter two, it says, therefore I exhort, first of all, that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men for kings and all who are in authority, that why?

2:25 That we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our savior who desires that all men be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. So interestingly for me personally, when I first began to learn how to pray, I would just do what the Bible said. I would pray first of all, for all those that are in authority, why? So that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life. So those that are in authority, those that are in authority over our government, those who are in the Senate, those who are in the House of Representatives, those who are part of the Supreme Court, why?

3:10 So that we can lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. You know, the heart of the king is in the hand of the Lord and he can turn it whatsoever way he wills. And prayer opens up the door for God to work. So when we begin to pray, we begin to petition and we begin to ask God, we're not controlling people by our prayers. We're not practicing witchcraft by our prayers. We're praying the word of God, we're praying the will of God, we're praying according to the will of God, especially when we pray in tongues. And as a result, God can come in and he can intervene and he can work on the heart of the leader.

3:56 And I believe prayer works. Prayer opens up the door for God to work. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. And Jesus, God said, you have not because you ask not, but when you begin to ask and petition on the behalf of the leaders, God said, I can come in and the heart of the game will be in my hand and I can gently guide them according to what is best in this regard for our nation. And I feel like I should say this, whether we agree with who's in office or we don't agree with who's in office. And none of that matters. What matters is the word of God. The word of God says, God said, I exhort first of all, that we should pray for our leadership.

4:42 And as we do, it causes our nation to live in peace. I think there's a scripture, I don't know exactly where it is. When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice. Yeah. So, it's important that we pray. And I'm gonna share a dream I had and I wasn't planning on it, but when I was here the other morning, I had a dream and I knew it was for the nation. And in the dream, I'm not gonna tell all of it, but I dreamed that our prayers were influencing, it was like a big ship.

5:25 And we, the church, were at the steering wheel. And as we prayed, the ship that was going one direction was being turned and was turning to the right and going in another direction. And the Lord said to me, he said, it's not a time for my people to stop praying. Just because certain things are changing, that doesn't mean we stop praying and we stop being aggressive in our prayers. That ship is turning and we wanna keep that ship on course. Why? So that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. So, how do we pray for a president, the Senate, the Congress, House of Representatives?

6:10 How do we pray for these men and women that are in authority? I believe that the best prayer that we can pray is that God would give them wisdom. Wisdom in decision-making, wisdom in regards to what needs to be done specifically for our nation. So I think we should pray for wisdom. If there's a leader that's in office, that's a Christian, that's professing Christian, then we need to pray that God would open up the eyes of their heart, the eyes of their understanding, give them a spirit of what? Wisdom and revelation and the knowledge of Him. So we can pray also in regards to our nation, we can pray Psalms 91 over our nation.

6:55 That God would protect our nation, He would protect our leaders. I feel like even for our president, there's been two assassination attempts. We are not done. That ship is turning, but that we need to continue in prayer. And the Bible says, and watch. That word watch means to be spiritually perceptive, watch and pray, you know, be spiritually alert. It means looking on the inside. And if you have an alert or a grieving in your spirit, or feel like something's not right, or you have your leader, the ministry, the leader on your heart, and you don't know why you have a love for them, that is a prayer assignment.

7:38 So, you know, God doesn't always give dreams and visions, I mean, to everyone all the time, but we are to be led by our spirit in prayer. So if we have a love for our leaders, if we have a grieving in our spirit, if we have something on the inside, or we just keep seeing His face or her face before us, we need to yield to that again, because that is a prayer assignment. That's watching and praying. That's prophetically praying. It's knowing something on the inside isn't right. And instead of just letting it go, it's yielding over to the Holy Spirit and saying, I'm gonna stand in the gap, I'm gonna put up a hedge, I'm gonna surround my leader with faith, with love, with protection, I'm gonna release the angels of God, they'll encamp around about them.

8:36 And that kind of praying is going to abort the plans of the enemy against those that are in authority in our nation. And I feel very strongly that we need to continue in prayer. I think there's a lot of hidden things that are going on that God wants to abort. And the beauty of the Holy Spirit and us as believers is, and the prophetic people especially, is we can have a sense when the enemy's trying to get in. And because of the Holy Spirit, we can abort it and we can put a stop to it. So I feel like it's not a time for us to draw back, it's a time for us to keep praying, keep pressing in, praying always, and watching there onto with all perseverance.

9:24 And just staying on the wall. The watchmen are the ones that watch, right? That watch and pray. And in the natural, watchmen are set on the walls of a city and they watch to make sure that bad people don't get into the city. I'm just simplifying it, right? So those of us that are intercessors and believers and praying people, we are the watchmen that's set on the walls of our own nation or our own state, all right? We are the ones that are on the walls. And because of the prophetic, because of how we've been trained, we can see the truth will come in from the farm.

10:07 The devil's not gonna just let go and say, oh no, we'll just let America rise, let America shine, let America be everything it's God's called America to be in God we trust. America, I'm just gonna let it happen. No, the enemy has come to steal, kill and destroy. He wants to continue to bring darkness. He wants to continue to bring havoc. He wants to continue to bring fires and floods and hurricanes and all these things. Why? Because the enemy has a mission against the United States of America. His mission is to kill, steal and destroy.

10:48 And of course he does not want God to be in God we trust once again, the supreme one in our nation. So we need to continue to pray. We need to continue to watch and we need to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit. So that wasn't in my notes, but it was all good. Anyway, I think we need to be sensitive to the leadings of the Holy Spirit. This is what I'm keep getting in my heart. I'm not gonna get off it till I'm led to get off it. We need Father, let's just pray right now. I'm gonna pray for everyone right now. In the name of Jesus, I thank you Father for those that are listening. All of us Father, I thank you for those that are listening now live and those that are listening to the replay.

11:36 I pray Father that the prophetic, the Holy Spirit, the spirit of seeing and knowing would be in greater manifestation in us so that we can be the prophetically praying people that you have called us to be. Father, give us those dreams, give us those alerts, give us those grievance, give us that love so that we can abort the plans of the enemy in the name of Jesus. So I thank you for a fresh awakening on the inside of every person who's listening to this now and on the replay in Jesus' name.

12:18 Father, I just speak over them, Psalms 92, 10, that you would anoint them and us with fresh oil. Now just lift your hands right now. So Father, we just thank you for the fresh oil. Father, give us the prayer assignments once again. Father, we ask that you forgive us for the times that we ignored the Holy Spirit and we ask that you give us the fresh assignments again and the fresh oil that we need in Jesus' name. Amen. Praise you, Jesus. I believe there's gonna be a revival of the prayer movement and I prophesied that in the name of Jesus.

13:00 We are a nation under God. We are a nation who is under the umbrella of God and I believe that with this revival that we've all prophesied and spoke about and have seen, I believe it's beginning. There's like a song that we used to sing back in the day. It's beginning to rain, rain, rain. Hear the voice of the Father saying, Whosoever will come drink of this water. He's promised to pour His Spirit out on His sons and His daughters.

13:45 So if you're thirsty and dry, lift your hands to the sky. It's beginning to rain. I believe it's beginning to rain in the United States of America and as we continue to stand in the gap and believe God and pray for our leaders, it's gonna cause the rain in the time of the latter rain, which I believe is now, to continue to form. There was one of the prophets that said, I see a cloud the size of what was it? A man's hand, right? A fist and you know what? I can see that, but that cloud is getting closer and closer and closer and I believe we're gonna have a revival of the wind of God, the rain of God and the presence of God and this is only the beginning.

14:37 The ship is turning. We've got to keep, maintain the momentum of where our nation is at, okay? So that was all not what I had planned to say. I'm just gonna talk very briefly about praying for your ministry leader. Not long, because we're gonna make sure we have enough time to pray. If the devil can get to the top, he can get to the people and I've seen it over and over and over that anytime a ministry leader is about to enter into, Kennedy Hagen called them or Jesus told Kenneth Hagen, enter into phases of another ministry or a door of opportunity.

15:25 Every single time, you've always got war at the gate. The enemy doesn't want the leader to enter in. The enemy doesn't want the ministry leader to proceed. So the enemy will try to sift them as wheat to get them off course, to apply pressure, to get them distracted at the noise of the enemy and he's going to try to trip them up and most of my friends who are in ministry because we're all older, we kind of are not, we are definitely not ignorant of Satan's devices because we've been around so long. Once you've done this over 40 years, you know that if you're getting a tremendous amount of warfare, a tremendous amount of opposition, that just means God is about to bring promotion.

16:13 God is about to open a new door for us. It's not about us. For the ministry, for the word of God, God is about to do a new thing. God is about to bring that ministry leader into a new phase and we need our ministry leaders to be strong, just like Joshua, we need our ministry leaders to be courageous. We need our ministry leaders to walk in the light as he is in the light. We need our ministry leaders not to be tired. We need our ministry leaders to operate in the spirit of wisdom and revelation. We need our ministry leaders to be protected and praying for the ministry leader is such as like the ministry of Aaron and her. The Bible says that Aaron and her, we're simplifying in here today, held up the arms of Moses and as long as they held up the arms of Moses, the power God kept flowing, victory kept flowing, and defeat to the enemy kept coming. So we need to stand in the gap. I just want to remind those of you that are listening, you need to really pray for your ministry leader. The only time the Apostle Paul said to pray for me, it was not that he got a new house or a new car or you know, it was always he said pray for me. Why?

17:39 That the word of the Lord may have free course and what else? That I would be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men. He always asked for prayer. There's another scripture that says a great door in effectual, Paul said, has been open to me, but he didn't stop there. He said and there are many adversaries. So see what I mean? So the door is open, but there's adversaries. There's war at the gate. So those of us who are praying people, we can abort the plans of the enemy through our prayers so that our ministry leader doesn't get tired. I had it happen to me recently a couple months ago. I was so tired, just discouraged. I had to be on antibiotics for some crazy thing and I gave a message to one of my Zoom family meetings and they all stopped and they all got on it and I don't even know how they knew. I guess I sounded different or no they were picked it up in the spirit. We need to be sensitive to one another. The Bible says love one another as I have loved you greater love is no man than this and he lays down his life. We need to be sensitive to one another. They picked up on it and I can't tell you how many of them prayed for me, prophesied to me. They did all kinds of things. It really encouraged me and it canceled the plan

19:11 and aborted the plan of the enemy. Why did it happen to you Margie? Well I don't know. I think I've been called to mobilize people in prayer and we're getting ready to launch some things next this year. So it's the enemy sees things that we don't see. I don't understand everything about the realm of the spirit but I do know this. Anytime a ministry leader is about to enter in just something new and those of us have been doing this a long time, you just get all kinds of crazy warfare. I've had it happen. I had a meeting here in Fort Myers and I got to tell you when I got to this house I can't tell you. I almost broke my foot. My cheeks swelled up because I had some crazy thing with that and then the warfare was the mental warfare. It was like thoughts. It was warfare and it was just like and I did my worship. I prayed in tongues. I worship. I did everything but I had to stand. The Bible says having done all to stand stand there for and I knew in my heart I said I've been here before. This is not unusual territory. That church that I'm going to is entering into a new phase and I'm called to help usher them in and I have a word for them and I knew that once I did that meeting and I even said it's a once I did that meeting all the warfare would stop right and guess what it did but that can be aborted so what did you do? I called to a friend of mine I said you guys got to pray for me

20:43 because I got a meeting coming up and it's just incredible the amount of spiritual warfare they prayed for me and it helped get me through that okay so we need to stand we need to believe God with one another we need to pray for our ministry leaders and that's just exactly what we're going to do so I'm mute for prayer so I'm going to go ahead and unmute everyone and what we're going to do is we're going to pray I'm going to lead in prayer can everybody hear me you guys unmuted? Okay good you all right so you I guys are all so what we're going to do we're going to first of all pray for the president the Senate House of Reps we're going to be led by the Holy Ghost and then we're going to pray for our ministry leaders away it sounds like a lot to pray about but the beauty of praying in tongues is when a person prays in the Holy Ghost you bypass the language of the earth and you're entering into the realm of heaven and praying in tongues is praying the will of God and I personally have seen this it accelerates our prayer to another level praying the word praying in the spirit it just takes us to another level so we can get a lot accomplished in the next 35 minutes as we pray all right are you
