00 You pray it and he can answer it. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. God will put the prayer in your heart to pray so that he can answer it. Goes into the hearts of the people, doesn't return void, it produces results. Good morning or afternoon, everybody. I'm gonna go ahead and mute all for the time of the teaching. And then by the hand and grace of God, I'm going to unmute you. But if that doesn't work, you can unmute yourselves just so you know. Is everyone muted?
41 Okay. Well, it's good to be here. I'm excited about what God is doing with love and unity and how he's ramping up our devotional time with him, our corporate prayer time with him, the scripture that the Holy Spirit has been giving me for us and for all of us who are in ministry and have churches is Psalms 92 10. He said, I am gonna anoint my church with fresh oil. There's a fresh awakening coming in 2025 as it relates to the spirit of grace and supplication. And I think it's important that as leaders that we all be open and receptive to our corporate meetings, whereby there's times where we will all be planning to teach and preach and the spirit of God may have other plans and other desires.
40 And that may be to have the body enter into prayer, a time of corporate prayer, just like they did in the book of Acts. That's why we're calling this book of Acts prayer, because they all prayed at once, they all prayed together. They were in unity, they were in love, they were of one purpose, one accord. And it may be confusing for everyone to be praying at once, but prayer opens up the door for God to work. And when we're all praying at once, he hears every single prayer because he's an omnipotent God. He's an all-knowing God and he hears all of our prayers all at once. Before we get into the prayer today, I would like to share scripture I kept getting in my heart today and it's Hebrews 4.16.
30 And it says here, and I know you know it, but faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. It says, for we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin, let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in the time of need. Now, first of all, this tells me that there is a throne in heaven. And the Bible speaks about the throne room of God and what it looks like in the book of Revelations.
10 But there is a throne room of grace. And we as believers, we can approach the throne room of grace with confidence and with boldness in our time of need and even concerning our time together in the time of need on the behalf of our families, on the behalf of the people in our congregations, the people in our ministries, the prayer, hundreds and hundreds of prayer requests that we may get. We can draw boldly to the throne of grace on the behalf of ourselves, on the behalf of others. And as you know, there's different kinds of prayer, but today is gonna be praying on the behalf of others, not just for ourselves.
55 But it says here that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in the time of need. Now, I looked that word up boldly. It says here in Webster's that that word boldly is defined as fearless. So we can go fearlessly before the throne room of grace. It also means taking liberties or shameless. Now we may say to ourselves, well, you know, I don't feel like I am in a place that I can draw boldly to the throne of God, fearlessly to the throne of God, shamelessly before the throne of God, because I may have said something or did something that didn't please him.
44 But you know, the Bible says that we can. And the reason we can is because 2 Corinthians 5, 17 through 21 says that in Christ, we are a new creation. All things have passed away, all things have become new. And now we are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. So when we stand before the throne of grace, it is justice if we've never sinned. We are clean through the word he's spoken. We are clean because of the blood of Jesus. We can draw near to God. He can draw near to us. There's no shame.
25 But what would happen if I do say something or do something that's not pleasing to the heart of the father, right? Well, you know the scripture, 1 John 1, 9. If we confess our sin, he is faithful and just to forgive us of our sin and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. The Bible also says in Psalms 103, that as far as the East is from the West, that's how far he takes our sins away from us. So no matter what kind of thoughts come or condemnation comes or accusations come from the enemy, we can just boldly say, no, I'm the righteousness of God in Christ, I can go boldly to the throne of grace.
13 And there's therefore now, right now, right now today, no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus and I am in Christ Jesus. Therefore, I don't have to fear the presence of God. I don't have to be like Adam and Eve, who when they sinned, they hid themselves from the presence of God because they realized that they were naked and they needed to clothe themselves. Well, my friends, you and I, we are clothed in righteousness. We have Christ in us, the hope of glory, and we don't have to hide from God.
55 We don't have to draw away from God. We can draw boldly to the throne of grace, shamelessly, fearlessly, because we're not here today, especially for ourselves. We're here on the behalf of whatever prayer assignment God downloads into our hearts. Okay, now the Greek word for boldly is P-A-R-R-H-E-S-I-A. And again, that means the absence of fear in speaking boldly. It means confidence or cheerful courage. I like that, cheerful courage.
38 I can be happy when I approach the throne room of God. I can be happy because I know that prayer opens up the door for God to work, that he hears me when I pray, that my prayers are not falling on deaf ears, but it's falling in the ears of one who wants everybody to be saved, everybody to be healed, everybody to understand his heart. So we can have confidence that when we pray, our prayers open up the door for God to work. Now, we have not because we ask not. So if we don't approach the throne of grace and we don't spend time in the presence of God and we don't pray, then God can't work.
24 Many people will say, well, why is that? Well, because man is God's avenue into the earth. We have to take our place. We've got to pray. We've got to stand. We've got to do what God has called us to do. I'm just gonna not take too much longer, but I wanna read you a scripture over here from, let's see, Genesis 1.26, Genesis 1.26. Prayer is necessary because man is God's avenue into the earth. I fully believe that if our people, the people we minister to, even all of us together, if we really understood our authority, we really understood the power of prayer, more of us would be on this call today.
15 More of us would be praying. It would be like a universal move whereby, wow, prayer really works. But I think the reason why people don't pray is because they're discouraged. That's why Jesus said men ought to always pray and not faint. And I think people faint and get discouraged because they don't always understand that there's a process in that when you pray, you believe that you receive and you've done the work in the realm of the Spirit if it's intercession, and it takes time for it to manifest in the natural realm.
56 I was teaching prayer precept and example in one of my churches here in New Jersey, and the subject matter that God gave me was preparing the way for our holiday services. Right? And we literally had a prayer meeting to prepare the way for our holiday services. And I think that would be a good idea on this Zoom call today. Well, why did we have that focus? Because so many people are gonna be coming to our services and our churches and even coming into our homes who don't walk with God, who are on the fence, who are not saved.
37 And when we pray, prayer opens up the door for God to work. Prayer prepares the way, makes the crooked way straight, the rough places plain, and it causes things to be moved around in the Spirit. Prayer causes the darkness that's on the minds of those that don't believe to be removed. That's Romans 15, one, Galatians 6, two. So when we pray, it's causing whatever's hindering them in their minds or their thoughts or whatever, through the power of prayer and the presence of the Holy Spirit, it causes the Holy Spirit to come in, lift that thing up off of their minds, and convict them and convince them of their need for Jesus.
27 It also opens up the eyes of their understanding so that they can truly see the heart of God. So many people are afraid of God. They're afraid of God, you know, what he might say. They're afraid of what God may ask them to do. There are just all kinds of reasons. And that's why I love the Holy Spirit, because when we don't know what's keeping people bound, when we don't understand why they don't see the heart of God, when we pray in the Holy Ghost, we can pray the mind, the will, and the purpose of God, and it'll cause things to work together for the good. It'll cause the right answer to come at the right time.
09 It'll cause the Holy Spirit to be able to move accurately on the behalf of the individuals we are praying for. So it was really a lot of fun. We prayed in preparation for the holiday season. And I think in this particular church, they have four campuses. So they have 27 services coming up. And here's the beauty of it. You know, when we pray, now faith is. So we're praying, but it's being activated now. And when we pray, there's no time or distance in the Spirit. So it's happening now, right?
49 Whether the people are in the services or whether they're not. So I think that that's why people get discouraged, getting back to that, because people don't see instant results. But in the realm of the Spirit, your prayers are working. Catherine Coleman once said, the greatest power given to humanity is the power of prayer. Ian Bounds once said, God shapes the world through prayer. The more prayer there is in the world, the better the world will be. We need to ramp up the prayer movement. I need to, I feel like we really need to focus more on the power of prayer and build people's faith, okay?
30 Anyway, so let's just read this in Genesis 1.26. It says here, God said, and then we'll go into prayer. God said, let us make man in our image according to our likeness, and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth. So man created man in his own image, in the image of God, he created them, male and female, and God blessed them and said to them, be fruitful and multiply, fill the earth and subdue it, have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that rules or moves on the earth.
21 So that word dominion means rada. It's to tread, that Hebrew is rada, it means to tread, to rule, to have dominion. God gave man dominion. And the English definition is to rule or to have authority. And you know what happened. Adam and Eve, Timothy Hagen said it like this, committed high treason, sold out to Satan, what was given to Adam, he gave over to Satan, who is the God of this world, right? Jesus said in the temptation, when the enemy came to him, I'll give you all of this, because it's been delivered to me.
07 And then we know that Jesus quoted the word of God to him. So we know that was a real temptation. So the truth of the matter is, Satan is the God of this world. So in Christ Jesus, you and I have got to stop being afraid, stop being afraid of God, draw near to the throne of grace, and begin to take our authority like never before, with the full armor of God, and begin to move some of these mountains, begin to move the enemy off of some of the things that are God's dominion anyway, right? And we need to begin to really take our authority. So, you know, people say, and I've had people put the brakes on when I say this, people say, well, God has everything under control.
57 Well, the truth of the matter is, God does not have everything under control. The whole earth or the world is in the sway of the wicked one. It is the body of Christ, members in particular, Christ being the head, we are the ones through our prayers, through using our authority, through the name of Jesus, through speaking the word of God, through decreeing and declaring, we are the ones that have dominion and have control, because it's been delivered back unto us through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. That's why the Bible says, all authority, Jesus said, has been given unto me in heaven and in earth.
42 He says, now you go, and in my name, you know, cast out devils, heal the sick, but also you go and you pray. You begin to pray, use your authority, use my name, in my name, cast out devils, in my name, take authority over the darkness that's on the minds of them that believe not. Use my authority, and you will see that prayer, in this regard, using the authority in prayer, will open up the door for God to work. It will prepare the way, it will move mountains, it'll make the crooked way straight, the rough places plain, but we just need to have boldness and confidence that our prayers open up the door for God to work.
30 So I really, weirdly, didn't have direction for our prayer time today, and sometimes that works. I mean, that's what happens, and that's how it works, because the Holy Spirit will give us the prayer focus ahead of time, and sometimes he doesn't. But I believe that what we need to pray for today is prayer, preparation for our services coming up in this holiday season. Not just our services, but when we, as families, gather together, because some of you are not ministry leaders, but you can pray in preparation that when your family gathers together, you can pray in preparation that you have peace, because you know how holidays are, and sometimes everything just comes out, you know, and it's not always good.
19 But we can pray in preparation for peace. We can pray in preparation for joy. We can pray for preparation for harmony. We can pray for preparation that our hearts would be knit together in love. We can pray in preparation that God will give those who we are coming in contact with over the holiday season, we can pray that God will give them a heart to know him, and that God will open up a door for us to speak a word in season, whether it's a salvation message or whether it's just a loving, kind word. So that's really what I feel the Holy Spirit's given us for today, to pray for preparation for our services and for our family time together.
05 So I'm gonna go ahead and see. Margie, would you mind if I just share a few minutes? Sure. To share the heart of why we're doing this prayer and why Margie is doing this. I really feel the call of God to prayer for the nation and from every state across our nation and the world, but it has to start with the leaders. If the leaders are not willing to come together and pray, how are we ever gonna get the body of Christ to come together and pray? And if anybody should make the sacrifice on a Saturday morning to gather once a month for prayer, it should be ministers.
49 It should be the ones that know how important it is when we gather together. We know the birthing of the New Testament church came through that prayer room. It came through them being in one accord and praying, and that's when the baptism of the Holy Spirit came, and that's when the New Testament church and its pattern begin to be developed in the earth. So when prayer of leaders begin to happen, we're gonna see a move of God like we never seen before. And we may start small right now, but I'm believing 100, 200 ministers and more will start gathering, starting on Zoom to pray and pray and pray, hallelujah.
30 And I believe God is getting ready to change things in great dimensions if God's leaders will come together and pray. So this is not just that we're just doing this to pass some time away because we're gonna be spiritual and religious and we're gonna pray. That's not why we're doing this. We're doing it with purpose. We're doing it intentionally. We're doing it with a focus of getting leaders to pray together and to birth the things that God wants to birth in the earth right now, to come in unity and one accord as leaders, to drive out the strife, the division that's in the body of Christ today, to lift up the body of Christ that many of them are just depressed and oppressed and feeling overwhelmed by life itself.
19 And it's the leader's responsibility, before even we preach, is to pray them through, hallelujah. I don't know why minister thinks the most important thing it is to preach. No, the most important thing is to communicate with the heaven, hallelujah. Communicate with God the Father and see the releasing of God's glory in the earth. And I'm glad Margie brought up Genesis chapter one on dominion because what dominion is saying is we are to bring forth the kingdom rule of God into the earth. And that's what dominion stands for is God's rule, God's reign of righteousness in the earth. So when we pray, we are bringing forth the rule and the reign of righteousness in the earth, praise God.
02 And it takes all of us. Well, Margie could pray all day, all night. She will have some blessings that come. I could pray all night and God will move and do something. But when we come together to pray, we're gonna shape the nation. We're gonna shift the earth. We're gonna shift the church. We're gonna begin to move things in ways that we couldn't move them before because there's something about corporate oneness. There's something about corporate unity. It's something about corporate prayer that begins to change things like never before. So I hope those of you that are on here today, you will make a commitment to this corporate prayer time together for this nation, for the body of Christ, to join with Margie and to stand with her in this corporate prayer because I believe we're birthing it right now on Zoom, but I believe it'll start to awaken in state after state after state, the call of prayer like she said earlier, where the body of Christ, not just pray, but pray together, pray together because we must come together in prayer if we're going to see the kingdom, rule and reign of God in the earth.
14 And I would ask you to invite other ministers and other leaders to come and join us. We're gonna do it the first Saturday of every month and we're gonna keep plowing away. We're gonna keep pounding away. I believe that one day we'll see hundreds of ministers gathered together to pray as representatives of God's kingdom in the earth and we'll see a great change. So Margie said earlier that she's gonna pray in the spirit and we're gonna all pray in the spirit. You have to unmute yourself if she can unmute you and we'll all pray together and then she may mute you, all of us at the same time because now as we prayed in the spirit, God's giving her something to release in English so we could be able to understand what's being said in the natural as well as understand what's being said by the spirit.
04 So she will release that time and then she may put us on mute again and start or take us off mute again and start praying in the spirit again. So just kind of we're learning this, this is new for all of us, kind of go with the flow, just go with the God leading Margie when she mutes and un-mutes, hallelujah. And then if you have any needs, not everyday type of little needs, but I'm talking about big things that need to shift regarding church, your nation, your city, your state, put it in the chat box, especially if it's an emergency and then we can look at those and if God leads Margie to focus on that, we'll go to that and pray for those circumstances and situations but make sure you put it in the chat box.
48 So this way it doesn't hinder what Margie is doing. And then I'm sure many of you come from churches that know how to pray together in one accord. There always has to be one leading. Okay, we can't have all kinds of people wanting to take prayer here, take prayer there, take prayer there, has to be one. And we join in in one mind and one accord as God's leading Margie. We follow with her as the spirit of God is leading her. So there's that agreement, there's that one accord, there's that oneness as we go with her and follow her as the spirit of God is leading us in this time of prayer, hallelujah. So please be patient with us, work with us, be committed, invite other people.
32 Let's take back this nation through prayer, hallelujah. Let's change the body of Christ in prayer. Let's lift up ministers where ministers will get the hunger and fire to pray again and to come together as the body of Christ. We could do that. If it starts just with us, we could do it. We could see it accomplished, hallelujah, but we have to commit to it like they did in the New Testament church. After Jesus ascended, they gathered in that upper room and they stood in prayer until there was a birthing of the spirit of birthing of the New Testament church and God began to move all over the earth. We are still receiving the blessings of that upper room prayer today.
17 We're still benefiting for what took place at that time. So if that happened with them, I believe we're the latter day church, the latter rain church, and I believe that God's getting ready to do the same thing, to birth something in the earth like never before, but it must start through prayer. But thank you for joining us today. And now I'll turn it over to Margot. Can everyone unmute? Are you able to unmute yourself? Yes, good. Thank you. All right, so let's all just begin to pray. Alla bop shari so- has ye heard
46 Father, you put me in the hand of the Lord. To find in much the other way you went, to also set me in the hand of the Lord, and not to disappoint you. The name of Jesus is the name of Jesus, and now we need to run this kingdom. He is greater than anyone, and is not inflated by you.
