Sukkot, also known as the Feast of Tabernacles, provides a tangible picture of tabernacling with God through the sukkah: a temporary structure that models the dwellings the Israelites lived in during their journey in the wilderness. These temporary dwelling places emphasized Israel’s vulnerability in the wild, fully dependent on God for protection and provision.

This appointed time invites Believers to reflect on God’s faithful provision and presence, and to look forward to the joy to come when Jesus returns to rule, reign, and dwell with His people forever (Zechariah 14:16–19).
