How to Access Wealth for Kingdom Purposes

This is preparing the way the practical prophetic. Well, hey guys, welcome to episode 50 titled How to Access Wealth for Kingdom Purposes. So I hope you'll find this subject intriguing. I told you in our last episode that I recently felt the Lord spoke to me that as the body of Christ it's time to get ourselves trained. So in light of the fact that I've been writing and podcasting about things I've heard the Lord saying recently, such as that in 2024, doors of miraculous supernatural provision are opening and that the wealth of the nations is coming to you, I wanted to discuss just how is it that we can access wealth for Kingdom Purposes. Because I've learned it can be one thing to receive prophetic revelation, and it can be quite another thing to apprehend it to see it manifest. I bet you've had that experience too.

1:17 Before continuing, I want to let you know that parts of this episode, the material is exerted from an article I wrote in 2016. It was titled Accessing Wealth for Kingdom Purposes. What initially prompted me to write that original article was that in 2014, Cindy Jacobs had prophesied a word to my husband and I that the Lord was opening the gate of property to us, that we would own houses and lands to be used of course for Kingdom Purposes. That prophecy had really intrigued me. One reason was that we do have a background in construction and we did already own some properties. But our mindset at that time was pretty much we were treading water. We were not looking to expand in any way. And another reason it intrigued me was that prophetic voices at that time in 2016 I believe it was, were talking about open doors, double portion, and even gates of provision opening for God's people. Excuse me, that would have been 2014 when the prophecy was given. So it's interesting that we're hearing so many of those things here now in 2024, 10 years later. Well at that time it seemed that God wanted to move us out of this safe mode that we were kind of in, kind of hunkered down in. And I began to ask the

2:51 Lord if he could show us how to access or attend to this revelation, this prophetic word. Because as I said it's one thing to get a prophetic revelation or prophetic word and it's another thing to see it happen, right? I want to read Proverbs 29 18 in the message it says, if God's people can't see what God is doing they stumble all over themselves. But when they attend to what he reveals, they are most blessed. So you can see what I'm saying we want to attend to the word about new levels of wealth coming for Kingdom purposes so that we can access it and then thereby will be some of those who that verse says are the most blessed. So I want to give you some practical steps then and also some spiritual guidelines which can help you bridge the gap between revelation and actualization. Alright? So step one I'm going to call it is getting ready. In order to access new levels of wealth it's important to examine our mindsets regarding wealth from a biblical perspective of course. So here are some thoughts, some questions that you can ask yourself. To start the process of examining what is it that you believe about wealth so that you can prepare to receive new levels of provision. So first of all do you truly believe that wealth

4:21 results from being blessed by the Lord? You need to do that otherwise it's probably not going to happen. Read Proverbs 10-22 and especially I would encourage you to read Deuteronomy 28 1-14 that talks about those who obey the Lord, obey his word, obey his voice are blessed and there is a lot of wealth information in that passage of scripture. So here's another thing you can ask yourself. Do you seek after wisdom believing it to be the foundation for riches? You can check out Proverbs 8 verses 18 and 21 for that. Another question number three, do you understand kingdom principles of wealth such as that a king, right? Jesus is our king, a king demonstrates his power by his wealth and you cannot outgive a king, can you? See 1st Kings 10 for that and Luke 6-38.

5:27 The next question, do you realize that glimpses of wealth in the heavenly kingdom such as found throughout Revelation, things like streets of gold, throne set with jewels, etc. are meant to provoke us? Do you believe you are a joint heir with Christ that you are meant to share in his power, his wisdom, his riches, and his strength? You can go to Romans 8 17 and Revelation 5-12 to check that out. And the last question I'm going to give you, do you have faith to receive wealth? This is important. In Matthew 9-29 the message version, Jesus essentially said to the two blind men, become what you believe. You got to really have some faith for this. Another thing, ask the Lord to break any curses of poverty. It could be generational or some other means that this has somehow come a hold in your life. And to help you renew your mind in this area. Renewing the mind as we know is very important. Other areas to consider include common sense measures such as living within your means, reducing or eliminating debt, and not being afraid to work hard. You can check out Proverbs 10 verses 4 and 5. And also make sure you haven't settled into survival mode. In 2014 my husband and I

7:00 kind of had. It's important to believe that the best is yet to come. Not just spiritually speaking but in areas of business and your finances as well. You can check out Ecclesiastes 7, 8 to 10, and Ezekiel 36, 8 to 11 for some scriptures that refer to those principles. Alright so that was step one, getting ready. Let's move to step two which I've titled ask, seek, and knock. Luke 11, 9 to 10 I feel is key to actively pressing in to new levels of provision. In the New King James Version this passage says, So I say to you, ask and it will be given to you. Seek and you will find. Knock and it will be open to you. For everyone who asks receives and he who seeks finds and to him who knocks it will be opened. Spiritually we knock at the door by asking the Lord to reveal wealth creation strategies to us by his Holy Spirit. And naturally speaking we knock at the door by not being afraid to act on the things that we sense he's revealing to us. And this always, almost always I meant to say, almost always requires some type of risk and investment. I'll give you a current example of risk that my husband and I have taken and that is that in this last year we've

8:32 actually purchased a ranch. Now I've been writing and podcasting about this over the last year so you can go back and find some other episodes or articles if you haven't heard me talk about this but the kicker was that in order to secure this new ranch property we felt that we needed to write the offer, the purchase offer for this ranch not contingent on the sale of our own property. We knew we wouldn't get it if we did that. Because this old place of ours, I'll just fill in a little detail, it just didn't have the biggest buyer pool to begin with and we both had a strong sense, my husband and I, that the Lord had led us to this ranch, he had brought us to this ranch, that's how we found it. And we had a big comfort level that we were going to go ahead and take this risk.

9:25 That doesn't mean we were comfortable in the risk but we were comfortable taking it. In other words, if you know the Lord is directing you to do something then he's going to have to provide for you the means to make it happen, correct? Now as it turned out it was a long and bumpy ride till we sold and closed on our own property. It did finally happen and in the process we increased considerably in our levels of faith and in our financial bottom line as well. So it definitely did move us forward financially but it wasn't an easy road is what I'm saying and there was a large risk in vault. So you can begin asking the Lord what type of training, investment or movement towards releasing his provision you need to make. And for some people I'm sure the Lord has already been speaking to you.

10:15 Maybe as you're listening you're thinking about something you've heard him talk to you about some type of opportunity. So recognize that by faith a window of opportunity for wealth creation exists and then don't be afraid to take that risk, make that investment once you are sure that that is what the Lord's directing you to do. The Lord is no respecter of persons and he'll do the same things for you that he's done for my husband and I as long as you're following his leading. Alright let's look at step three. This is entering a lifestyle of what's mine is yours. Meaning what's mine is yours and quotes as if the Holy Spirit is saying it. I believe that's how the Lord intends us to live.

11:03 As if you've heard him say that what is mine is also yours and if you believe this word is for you what I'm bringing you today and what I'm just saying now there are six things that I sense that the Holy Spirit is saying that you need to do. Are you ready? I'm going to give you six items for you to do. Number one make a list of what has been stolen from you. Now we're talking about the enemy the thief according to John 10.10 that's what he does he kills steals the story we know that. So what's been taken from you because think about it if you were robbed in the natural realm. The first thing that you would likely do is make a list for the police and give them that written record correct. Well God wants a written record of what needs to be restored to you to number two begin calling in the wealth that you need to do what God is asking you to do review prophetic words and be bold. Number three begin asking the Lord for strategies how ask him to show you what the strategies are to access this wealth he's been talking about and like I said of another reminder you must be open to taking risks as you sense that the Lord is directing you. Number four start looking for places to give extravagantly the faith that you release in doing this will open trails of treasure to you. I believe it. Number five begin asking for

12:37 the wealth of nations to be revealed to you. Ask some questions what might be blocking the Lord's provision to you. Is it corruption? Is it poverty? Are there curses on the land where you live pray for restoration in the areas that he might reveal so that provision can begin to flow without hindrance? And number six don't be impatient releasing wealth can take time but as you take one step it will lead to the other step and the other step until the whole plan is revealed to you. In 2024 as I've been talking about I believe doors of provision and wealth are opening for his faithful ones so let's us together all attend to the word so that's what has been prophesied can be realized amen. Let me close by reading Ephesians 3 20 and 21 New King James Version. Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think according to the power that works in us to him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever amen.
