He's just such a wonderful man of God and so full of passion for the Lord. And he's going to share with us what he's going to bring at our Global Outpouring Convention 2024, June 11th through 14th, 2024. And what a glorious, glorious testimony that was about how you just kept saying yes to God. And God kept opening doors and doing the things that were on your heart. Well, I want to say it was really my privilege and honor to be able to give back, if you will, because Global Outpouring, your ministry and the founder just imparted so much in my life, met so much to me, such dear friends.

So we're really excited that you're joining us for that. Well, it does say we're two or three gathered in his name. But even more, it's the fellowship, forsake not the fellowship of the believers of the church.

5:14 And coming together with like-minded, life-spirited, people who know how to pray, have a heart that's open to serve, that their lives and their outlook reflects Jesus. Their attitude is one of humility and grace and following the Lord and believing in the power of the Spirit and the fruits of the Spirit. Where can you find two or three people to get in a room who really are like that? If you can get more than that in a room that are like that, that is heaven on earth. That's the place I want to be. And listen, anyone listening, it's not too late.

I forget how many, but I know you have spaces. I'm bringing my camper. I'm going to stay up there. And Jasper is just an amazing area. 7:21 Isn't that what it means, if I remember correctly? Yes, that's correct. Yeah. And there's angelic activity. There's supernatural. There's a portal to heaven that's been opened up because of the hours of prayer that have gone up, the hours of worship, the honoring of the word and the Lord. It's a very special place, very special place. Come to Engle Tell. Come to the Global Outfory. And bring your tent. You can tent. We have a shower house and that. Yeah. Bring your tent. Yeah, you can come and camp in your tent. You can even come with just a tent. Yeah. Yeah. Don't miss the opportunity. Beautiful. I really do believe that there's a special word for you there.

8:04 Amen. Amen. I believe that too. So can you give us just kind of a sneak peek, a sneak preview of what the Lord has put on your heart to share at this convention? Sure. Thank you for asking. I'd love to. What God put on my heart to really share about and to talk about is to really speak about how He is the God of restoration, hope, redemption. His heart is for you, not against you. God is the God who redeems life. He's the Father who runs to the wayward, who's coming home to Him.

8:45 He's looking for opportunities to welcome you and bring you closer to Him. Everything, every opportunity, He is looking for a bridge to build. If you've broken any bridges to God, He's looking to build one. Of course, the cross is the greatest bridge. Amen. Yeah. Jesus on the cross is the great bridge, the great redeeming restore. But I know people who come to Jesus, had a moment at the cross, who repented and sins, and walked to life and then fell away. Or they feel like they missed an opportunity. And maybe one time something got it away, or they didn't say yes, or they missed hearing, or they stopped.

9:32 We can walk in a lifestyle where we're like, man, I just missed it. And I want to encourage everyone who's coming, that God will be sure you don't miss it. And He will, and He is faithful to restore. He's going to bring back opportunities in your life. Things are going to cycle back around. That's the word. And give you an opportunity again to say yes. It will cycle around again. Those who've been faithful will be exalted. Those who've been humble or willing to become humble will be exalted. He's a God who removes reproach, and He brings gladness and joy.

10:16 I'm going to teach or share. I don't like to say teach. I'm going to share some insight that I believe the Holy Spirit gave me from the Gospel of Luke and the stories about the birth and life of Jesus, particularly around the birth of Jesus, and about how so many things that happened that give us great hope that it's never too late for God to move in our lives, for promises that we think have become barren and dried up to become alive, awaken, and give birth to new things. It's not time to say I quit.

10:58 It's time to say, Lord, I'm ready. Use me however you like. Yes, amen. I think the events, the testimonies, the history of Jesus' birth, you're going to be able to look at it in a way I think that you probably never looked at it before. I never had. I was reading it one day, and I just went, wow, look at this. And then I saw this pattern throughout the Gospel of Luke, throughout the Gospels. It's amazing. It really is. I'm going to show you in layers and share with you in layers that this helped you to find some meaningful details that may have been overlooked.

11:45 I say, you've heard me say this, I think, that when we read the Bible, it's like the peeling of an onion. Oh, yeah, layers. Just all these layers, you can get the thinnest little skin of that onion away. Or you can cut big chunks, of course, and get big pieces. But there are so many layers to the Bible that we can look at, and we can get that as we look at it. Sometimes they become obvious to us. Sometimes the Holy Spirit show us. But sometimes it takes a friend. Sometimes it takes a friend of the Lord, a friend in faith, to say, hey, have you seen this this way?

12:31 I'm not talking about religious. I'm not talking about doctrine. You've got to have these. I'm saying just looking at the life-giving Word, the Gospel, the Bible is a living Word. It's alive. It's energizing, inspiring, uplifting. Yes. And it continues to speak. Yes, certainly does. I love what you said about it being cyclic. As you were talking about it, before you said the word cyclic, I'm thinking people have to understand that everything that God has created is cyclic.

13:12 I mean, even the turning of the earth to make day and night, every day the sun goes down and every day the sun comes up. In Hebrew, in biblical thought, the day begins with night. Then the night goes by and the day comes. And then the day goes and the night comes. It's cyclic. Cyclic, yeah. And then the week is cyclic. And then the month is cyclic. And then the year is cyclic. The water cycle. Yeah, sure. It's the hydraulic cycle. The rain comes down. It goes through the soil. It brings forth fresh life. It waters the seed. The things bloom. It evaporates, goes back up into the heavens, if you will.

13:54 The clouds are formed. And then the cycle begins again. The rain comes down. And it waters the earth. So you get a second chance. And you get a third chance. And you get a fourth chance until the Lord says, now, that's it. This is your last chance. Once in a while, He'll do that. Well, yeah. But it's usually after a lot. It's usually after a lot of input where you've had chance after chance. I think if we're open at all in our mind and our hearts, God's going to continue to give us a chance. Because His heart is for restoration. Absolutely. It actually is the heartbeat of God.

14:34 Redemption. Redemption. Salvation. Salvation. You know that song. I am a friend of God. Yeah. That is His song. That's the Father. He's ready. He's looking. He's waiting for us. And He's going to find a way and bring an opportunity and bring things all the way back around to give you and to remove any shame or guilt, to remove anything that people have tried to put on you or the enemies tried to speak into your life or on your shoulder. He's the God of love and of redemption, of restoration, and of second chance.

15:15 It's amazing. Absolutely. Yeah. He's always ready to show us His love. That's His heart. Certainly. He loves you. He calls you. He believes in you. He calls you His beloved. Absolutely. So I'm just excited that I'll be able to share this with you all. I know we're just going to have a great time. I know that the favor of God will be on it, I believe, will sense the presence of the Holy Spirit falling among us that will be filled with gladness and joy as we recognize and really sense the heart of God for us in every way possible. Yes.

15:55 I really think we're in a new season of the joy of the Lord. I think it's kind of like, how shall I say it? The word inoculation is coming to me when we get filled up with joy. It enables us to kind of like ride a wave. You see those surfers and they get up on the wave and they just ride it. Regardless of what's going on, I mean, a wave can be devastating, but somebody who knows how to ride it, it's like joy is your surfboard that you can ride whatever is coming. There's probably some tough times ahead of us. With the things that go on, we are having some issues in our nation and the nations of the world.

16:41 And there's turmoil and struggle and trouble. But the joy of the Lord is our strength. And when we get into His presence, in His presence is fullness of joy. And you come into His presence with thanksgiving. So as we build a place in worship, as we build a place in praise, as we build, just getting into His presence, that restores our joy and our gladness. And if we have gotten off track in some way, just coming back into His presence, see the enemy wants to keep us from coming into His presence. So He wants to keep us from being restored. So He's going to try and shame us. Oh God, I'll never want you back.

17:23 That's a lie. That's a lie. He's our Father. He wants us. He wants us in relationship with Him. So I'm excited about what you're bringing. This is going to be wonderful. Well, I love what you just said. You shouldn't stop talking about that, because people can't hear that enough. The world today will say, oh well, what God's judging, instead of what God's moving on heaven and earth to bring you closer to Him. What He's willing to do. I mean, we think about it. There is nothing He's not willing to do to bring you closer to Him. Now, He's not a magic genie. You don't rub the vase, and you say, well, give me the winning lottery ticket, and I'll come to you.

18:07 We're not talking about that kind of thing. But He is going to bring and do and draw you closer. That's what He wants. He's looking and waiting for you. Looking and waiting for you. You asked me if I had any personal stories to share about second chances. And actually, I do, if that's all right. I'd like to tell the story about how I was supposed to be there to speak in April. Do you remember? Oh, yeah. Do you recall what happened? Yeah, you wound up in a terrible place.

18:47 Yeah, so I was going to be there. Was it April 10th I was scheduled to speak, or the 11th? It was just before the eclipse on the 8th. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So I was going to be there, the 8th, through whatever, the 11th or 12th, and Friday night or Saturday night. And plus, I was going to be in the campground area sharing the love of God and the love of Jesus with everyone there. Just by being kind, compassionate, by carrying the presence of God within us, to let them hear Jesus in my voice, see Jesus in my eyes. I think what we do more than just standing on a soapbox to talk the gospel is to be the living gospel.

19:37 The more that we can be like Jesus, the more people want to come towards Him. That's what draws them in. So anyway, I was going to come and hang out with you guys and share a little bit. And I was so excited about the opportunity. I had gotten my camper all ready. I had it loaded. It was packed. It was ready the weekend before. I was so looking forward to it. And then on April 2nd at about 11, 15, I began, well, it began bleeding before that, obviously.

20:19 But I began to hemorrhage out and pass blood out at a very alarming rate. I had an internal bleed somewhere in my intestines, in my upper or lower intestines or bowels. And Ludd was just blowing out. I was actually at a meeting, sitting in a meeting with another pastor. We were in his office, and Ludd just suddenly came out of me. And I stood up, and there was blood on the chair where I had been sitting. And I rushed to the restroom, almost passed out, just from what I saw as I did it.

21:01 And I grabbed a roll of paper towels and stuffed paper towels in the bottom of my pants, wrapped my backpack, my laptop, and things we had in the meeting. And I got in my car, and I called the emergency room in my hometown, and I drove 30 miles to get there, which, you know, don't do what I do. That wasn't necessarily wise. But I wanted to be in the emergency room closest to where my family was. And yet, as I was driving, I realized, this may be it. Jesus, if this is going to be it, if this is the way, then I can't wait to see you.

21:45 Wow. I understood the seriousness of the condition. As I talked to the emergency room on the phone while I'm racing to them on the interstate, I realized that the acute situation, how serious this really was. And I had a peace that came over me. Some people say they had an out-of-body experience. I didn't have that. But I had a peace that was almost like disconnected from the situation that I was living in and going through. When I walked in the emergency room, they asked me to fill out all these forms. I'm like, I'm the guy who talked to you on the phone, remember?

22:27 And they were like, well, you still in. I said, I don't have time for this. You're going to have to figure. Here's my wallet. Here's my card. And I said, I need to go into the restroom. And so I went in, and then I pushed the button. And when the nurse came in to see what was there and what happened and the condition I was in, she hit the alarm, code whatever. Next thing I know, I'm being escorted. And they tell me I passed out twice before I made it to the triage, the special ICU unit. And there were 10 people in my room. Now, you don't get 10 people in an emergency room in five minutes.

23:10 They were around me. They were trying to wake me up. I didn't realize I had passed out. I was like, why are you bothering me? I've just closed my eyes to rest. You know, no, they said you passed out. I said, they go, do you know you passed out? I go, no. I passed out. But one other thing that I did besides call the emergency room on the way there, do you remember? I called you. Yeah, I called us. Yes. And you prayed over me. And you prayed that when they went to look inside, they wouldn't find anything. Wow.

23:50 That God would supernaturally hear it. There would be nothing. When the surgeons went in, when they went to call, when to go, they would not find a thing that might colon, my intestines, everything would be normal and healed, restored, and renewed, if you will, redeem a second chance, we could say. Wow. Look at that. Second chance. So I was in such a state, they didn't want to do surgery right away. They wanted to see if it would stop bleeding or slow down. But they rushed me to a hospital where there was a special surgeon on call ready to operate immediately.

24:32 So I went by ambulance back the direction I had already come from. Oh, dear. Because that was where there was a specialist. Oh, my. When I got there, everything, they had done tests in the emergency room. They brought x-ray equipment to me. And then they brought me to a CAT scan. And I went right through a CAT scan. I don't hardly remember it, but I know they did that. And they did x-rays. And they even did stuff for my heart, check my heart. They did sonogram heart echograms. They believed they saw some diureticulosis, not diureticulitis, but diureticulosis, and a thinning of my testing wall.

25:18 And maybe that was it. They couldn't find a hemorrhage. And by the time they got me in the ambulance, I had stopped bleeding. When they did the EKG and the ambulance and the blood pressure, the gentleman who did the EKG said, Mr. Mariello, if I didn't know what was just going on with you, he said, I have to tell you, and this is textbook perfect EKG. Wow. He said, I've never in an ambulance taken an EKG on someone that was this perfect. This is textbook.

25:59 Wow. Glory to God. Yeah. That's tremendous. I hadn't lost my sense of humor at all. I was cracking gantos. I called it through the whole thing, or trying to, because I just had such peace. I actually called my grandson. And then I sent him a little video that I recorded wishing him. It was his birthday. Oh, my. And so they were having a birthday party for him. But I'm actually riding in an ambulance. I record a little video and said, happy birthday. Sorry I'm not there. But who can say that their grandfather sent them a happy birthday and sang them happy birthday from an ambulance?

26:42 Ambulance. You know? Wow. Yeah. When I got in the emergency room, and the specialist, the surgeon they had brought me to, came to examine me and looked at me, he said, well, everything looks fine now. You're not hemorrhaging anymore. He said, I don't want to go in there and disturb anything and maybe redo the hemorrhage. He said, we're going to observe you. We're going to keep you, obviously, overnight. He said, you may be here several days. He said, once we feel like you have settled, and maybe we'll come in and we'll do the colonoscopy and we'll look to repair. We'll be ready to do whatever surgery we need.

27:25 He tried to assure me that I was in good hands and that I would be monitored around the clock. And I was brought up to a room. Fast forward. They had me scheduled all the way through Friday. So this was Tuesday night. So Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, they still had IVs. They still had prescriptions. They still had things ready for me through Friday. By Wednesday night, they said, we believe you're stable enough. You're doing well enough. Your signs are good. We're going to give you the preparation for the colonoscopy. So I went through that, where you have to drink two liters.

28:05 If you know, you know. That's fine. I hope you don't. And they said, we're going to do your colonoscopy at 8 o'clock. And the doctor pretty much read me what they were expecting because of the symptom that I had when I came in and what might be the possibilities. And that I would at least need to be coming back every year for colonoscopy. I'd have to be watched. Maybe they might find diverticulitis or they might find a hemorrhage. There could have been a tumor. Could have been things they hadn't shown. So it was with great concern that they were approaching this.

28:49 But I had that peace that passes all other standards. Hallelujah. Amen. Hallelujah. So 8 o'clock, I go in. When I come out of that, I'm waking up. I'm surrounded by three smiling faces, the surgeons, the assistant surgeon, the anesthesiologist, and the same doctor that told me I'd have to come back every year and that don't go that long without colonoscopy, and especially now. And all of what it could have been said, Mr. Mariello, we found a perfectly healthy colon that actually looks much younger than what your age would represent.

29:31 Oh, wow. Hallelujah. Nice God. We find absolutely no reason and nowhere where the hemorrhage would have come from. We can't explain it. We don't understand it. But I recommend you take Menomusil, and I'll see you in five years. Five years. I love it. Five years, that's great. I was discharged by 11 AM. Wow. Wow, yeah. Glory to God. Praise God. That's just awesome. That is a tremendous testimony. But I had missed the opportunity to come to you, and I was weakened still and recovering from all that loss of blood.

30:15 And I didn't think it was wise for me to travel to a whole other state after just having experienced that. And with no explanation why, I'm like, I'm hesitant to come to talk at that Jesus rallow we were having. But look at how God has redeemed that opportunity for me. Isn't that beautiful? That's wonderful. Restored, redeemed, He brought around another opportunity for me to say yes. Oh, beautiful. Yes. Beautiful. To come and be with my dear friends, and even in a greater opportunity to be with all of those of like spirit and like mind, to come and share the word, the fellowship, to receive also personally and to hear from God in a deeper way.

31:08 Not just to be able to share, but also to come and receive and be imparted to and to give my testimony like this. Yeah, that's beautiful. Well, in the end, we didn't have a whole bunch of people show up. We didn't have a great big rally. There were just a handful of folks that came. And you might have been disappointed if you had come. Yeah, that's true. But I trust that when you come this time, all of the pieces of the puzzle will be together. And God is going to do something really, really remarkable in this convention. I believe this convention is going to be something like we've never had before, and we've always had the glory in our conventions.

31:51 It's always been wonderful. And God has always showed up and changed lives and all that sort of thing. But I'm expecting something new, something fresh, something that we've never experienced before, because we're in that era. It's time for that. It's time. The thing we were talking about earlier, about troubled times, the Lord gives the word that he's going to shake everything that can be shaken so that that which cannot be shaken will remain. And that's what he's doing in our lives, to shake off the stuff that doesn't belong there. I mean, it could be any kind of a shaking.

32:33 We all go through things. Everybody's been through stuff. Stuff happens. Like you went through a shaking. That was a shaking. But there's something so redemptive about the shaking, because he's after that rock, solid, foundational, not able to be moved kind of a thing that he's building in us, that he's building his temple in us that cannot be shaken. Yeah, I agree. I experienced it. Yeah, that peace that passes understanding is that. Yes. Yes. You can't touch it like you touch a rock wall or bedrock.

33:16 But there's something bedrockish, if I can use that term to coin a term. There's something bedrockish about that peace. And that peace is your umpire. And in today's world and culture, there's chaos all around us at every level. There's disagreement. There's not really unity. It's divisive, division. But that's why it's so important to come together with like-minded, like-spirited believers. You come to the global outpouring, because in the world today and the culture that's going on today, we need to have another culture.

33:58 We need to find our tribe that will help us to have that peace in the midst of the chaos and in the midst of the dust of the earth. We still can find an atmosphere of heaven. Amen. Amen. And through the blood of Jesus Christ, the bridge of the cross, I invite you, come closer to Jesus. Yes. Come closer that you might hear the heartbeat of the Father. He loves you. He's for you. He's forgiving, redeeming, restoring Father, who wants nothing more than to embrace you and have you sit at His lap.

37:01 May you be blessed in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. May the anointing of the Lord touch you, be upon you, enrich in you, heal you. Any of you who are sick of body, I pray that same touch of God, that same healing virtue of Jesus, that touch and restored me in the midst of my crisis, we come upon you and touch you, even now we declare, be healed, be well.
