America’s Josiah Moment: Rick Pearson on Trump, Mystery Babylon, and the Coming Gog-Magog War

0:00 Rick Pearson, you've written a very interesting book called America's Josiah Moment. You draw some very interesting parallels with end time prophecy between ancient Babylon and America. Can you kind of elaborate that? Because I know your story well enough to know it's pretty incredible, angels and all that stuff. So I want to find out, my readers want to know what the Lord showed you through that angelic visit. Okay, I say that when Donald Trump dodged a bullet, America dodged a bullet. Because Donald Trump is doing exactly what Josiah did in the Old Testament. America is a covenant nation. America cut a covenant with the pilgrim. The pilgrims cut a covenant with God when she was created. And Josiah read the Torah and ripped his clothes. because he realized the covenant nation of Israel had backslidden into Babylonian religions of abortion and Ashteroth poles and all types of immorality. And Josiah brought the nation back to God, got rid of all those Babylonian religions, and God gave... Israel a reprieve Donald Trump is a lot like Josiah because he's trying to bring the nation back to God through rededicating the nation and that a lot of people don't know this but America has

1:34 53 biblical descriptions in the Bible Except she's not called America. She's called mystery babble on the great and America has fulfilled all of those descriptions, but the one that's the most right now, it says that the beast system who were fighting the world economic forum and the globalists have one mind and it says they will make war with the lamb inside of Babylon. And the lamb will overcome them because they are the called, the chosen and the faithful. So the election of Donald Trump is exactly like Josiah in the Bible in the sense that he's trying to pull the nation back to God. In fact, in Revelation 18, it says, come out of her, my people, be not partaker of her sins, nor in her plagues that shall come. So in that sense, America is fulfilling her role in Bible prophecy. And so is Donald Trump. And let's talk about these 53 things, because there are people that says, well, America is not in the Bible, but you're saying it is.

2:49 So kind of walk me through that. What's happening? You know, we see that things are kind of getting worse and worse. People even are trying to predict that the Antichrist is this person or that person. What do you think? Well, first of all, the Bible, there are eight providential nations in scripture. And Daniel laid the foundation for that in Daniel 2, when Nebuchadnezzar had a vision of the golden image. In Revelation 13 and Revelation 17, the same beast system that Daniel saw is in those chapters. And it says that five world empires had fallen at the time John received the revelation.

3:36 It says that one is meaning Rome at the time John received it. Then it says one empire is yet to come and the beast is the eighth. So when you look at that seventh nation in scripture, she has 53 biblical descriptions and the USA has met every description. I can give you some if you want. Please do. Okay. First of all, all the other empires are iconed as animals, but the seventh is iconed as a woman. And she sits upon the seven mountains of the earth. And that word sit means, is kathamea. It means she rules over or polices over the seven continents of the earth. And she has ports, she has sailors, she has merchants of the earth that all come and trade with her, she's the richest, most powerful nation in the history of the world according to scripture. There's none richer than Babylon the Great of the latter days. Now America fits all those descriptions. With the ports, with New York. with, she sits upon the water, the water, our nations, tongues, peoples, and multitudes.

5:04 And we have an iconic symbol in New York, the Statue of Liberty, who was designed with seven spikes on her head, representing the seven mountains of the earth. Now, to take it even farther, Jeremiah 50 verse 23, calls Babylon the hammer of the whole Earth. Recently, on June 12, 2025, America went in and surgically removed some nuclear facilities from Iran. They called it Operation Midnight Hammer. This is exactly what Jeremiah said she would look like. She would sit on the seven continents of the Earth with her money, with her wealth, she would trade with the merchants of the earth, but through her military, she would be the strongest.

6:01 So now you have a nation, the United States of America, which spends $1 trillion a year on her military, which is the same as the other eight countries combined. She has 742 military facilities located in 179 countries around the earth. The United States of America is the most powerful nation in the history of the world, and those are just a few of the descriptions of Babylon the Great. Steve, we're just scratching the surface when I talk about this. What about all the other empires that came before America? For example, the British Empire, where does that fit in? Well, the British Empire, as far as Scripture's concerned, was not part of the description. She doesn't meet the whole descriptions of Babylon. Her iconic symbol was not of a woman. She didn't sit on all seven mountains of the earth. Back then, she sat on a large area, but the U .S. has 65 % of the world's satellites spread all around the earth. I mean, America is by far the highest, most technically advanced powerful nation that's

7:32 ever been created. And according to scripture, she's fulfilling every description of Babylon the Great. Now Babylon rises up before the beast system, immediately before the beast system rises. It says the beast and the 10 horns will hate the woman. and they'll make war with her, with the lamb inside of Babylon. And the lamb will overcome because of the call the chosen and the faithful. So this whole scenario now, what you see happening around the world, you see nations turning against America. And you even see God's people within America that are turning against America. But there's a remnant, Steve. There's a remnant of blood bought believers. who are rising up, lifting up a shout. And it says in Jeremiah 50 that God will fill Babylon with his people and they will fan her and they will raise up a shout. Now when a farmer goes and fans his crop, he puts the shovel in the ground, he throws the wheat and the chaff up in the air. and the wind comes and separates the wheat and the chaff.

8:48 This is what's happening right now in Babylon. And he says, I will send a destroying wind inside of Babylon and it'll come forth out of my treasures. That's the call, the chosen and the faithful. We're in an end time battle and the bride will be rewarded for her works. around the world, but we're getting close to that time when God is going to put the world into the tribulation period and it will begin with a war and America and the 65 million children that she has sacrificed is going to be judged. So when the judgment comes down on America, the bride will go up. Well, let's talk about some of the things that are in the news. Of course, everyone's talking about the war with Iran. Where does that fit in to this in your in your belief? OK, well, the Gog Magog war is the is the war that kicks off the tribulation period. And in the Gog Magog war, you have Russia, Iran, Turkey, Ethiopia, Libya.

9:59 You have a combination of nations that come down on Israel. But that cannot happen. until she is sitting without any walls, sitting at peace. And it says that these nations all of a sudden come to take a spoil. So right now we have the Gaza Strip being cleaned out. We have Hamas, we have Hezbollah being cleaned up. We have Iran pretty well. Her military's being knocked out. But Russia, has 55 % of the world's nuclear weapons, and they have hypersonic weapons. Scripture says in Jeremiah 51, 27, Iran, Persia, Eskenaz, Southern Russia, and Ararat, Turkey, will make war and burn Babylon. So those are three out of the seven in the Gog Magog war that come down and they make war with Israel. And at the end of that war, the result is this. I will send fire on Gog and Magog and among them who dwell carelessly in the aisles. This is World War III. The only nation that dwells carelessly in the latter days

11:31 is the latter day nation called Babylon the Great. And America has fulfilled every description of Babylon. So when this war comes, the Gog Magog War, we're not gonna watch it on television. When your staff sent me some information about you, there were a lot of things that caught my attention. One of them was about what they're calling America Back to God on the Rededicate 250. Tell me the significance of that in light of what we've been discussing. Well, 250 represents two things, rebellion against divine authority, which results in divine judgment. The 250, the most famous appearance of 250 in scripture is number 16, where Korah led a group of 250 prominent Israelite leaders in a rebellion against the leadership of Moses and Aaron. and it was their defiance against God -appointed leadership and their rejection of the nation's divine moral protocol that resulted in divine judgment. The earth opened up and literally swallowed them.

12:44 Now they were rebelling not only against Moses, but against someone who was attempting to keep the children of Israel within their covenant laws. that God had given them. So when we see people marching down the street with a rainbow flag with six colors saying that we're here, we're queer, we're going to rule the world, they're not going against necessarily the laws of the land. They're going against the divine laws that God gave America because the rainbow is actually seven colors. They've made it six colors, so you have six the number of man versus seven the number of God. And this is a covenant nation.

13:35 Now when you shed 65 million children to the God of Malek, Numbers says, do not shed the innocent blood of man. If you shed the innocent blood of man by man, shall your blood be shed. There is a divine reciprocal when you shed innocent blood now we have been given a reprieve but if Donald Trump had not gotten in and Kamala had gotten in you would see what's happening in Canada happening in America because the World Economic Forum has invaded Canada and It's very dark now.

14:16 They're making laws that you can't quote scripture in the Bible They're taking away free speech. They're arresting people now for conversion therapy. This is all part of the global darkness that will come in the tribulation period. But America is standing in the gap right now and 250 is very, very critical. It's a time right now in American's history to choose you this day who you will serve. You'll either serve God and his commandments, or you'll serve secular humanism. And what the Bible says is the darkness that comes in the tribulation period with the Antichrist. You know, you're a businessman, not a theologian, at least not by training, but you have a very interesting story that I want you to tell my viewers about how you got a visitation and kind of got started along this line. And of course, you've studied it over the years and written a book. And before we're done, I want you to tell us about America's Josiah Moment, because it's a book that I want my viewers to get and to read. But tell me about that special visitation that you had. I learned about America in Scripture, not in a seminary.

15:43 I didn't learn it in a Bible school. I learned it flat on my back, shaking like a leaf, close to 40 years ago in 1986. I was convicted by the Lord. I hadn't been tithing and I gave 10 % of my money to medical missions to help people. And I made a vow to God from this point on, Lord, I'm all yours. I'm going to use my money in business to help other people. When I made that vow and released that money Steve something happened spiritually I opened a portal just like Cornelius in Acts chapter 10 the angel came to him and said your arms and your offerings have come up for a memorial to God Go talk to Peter and he will show you the way of salvation I had exactly the same experience only I was told about things in America that were coming And for a period of seven days, I totally lost my appetite. And it was like having music. You know, when you have a song in your head and you can't get it out, I was getting downloaded all kinds of things about America. The same spirits that rose during the time of Babylon are rising again in America.

17:03 And the darkness that was going to come to America as far as sexual immorality and corruption. and I could hardly believe what I was hearing. And then on the seventh day, on the seventh night of the seventh day, an audible voice woke me up, called me by name, and an angel came into the room and told me and confirmed what I heard was from the Lord. Now this shook me up. Steve, I slept for three weeks. with this Bible on my chest, and I couldn't believe what I was hearing that was coming to America. And so I went to Tulsa, Oklahoma, and I had Oral Roberts, who I'm a graduate of ORU, I had him lay hands on me because I thought maybe I was having a nervous breakdown. And he laid his hands on me, his right hand, and he started laughing. He said, Rick, you're not crazy. God's spoken to you, son. Don't be afraid. Now he didn't know what the Lord had told me, but it was everything in my book has documented everything that I was told back then is documented in the book. And I have a protocol on my TV program, Prophecy USA. If the Bible doesn't say it, neither will I. So what comes

18:36 out of here? must be back by what's in this book. And that's what set the pace and set the stage for the five books that I've written. We got three bestsellers, five books, and we're on a day start Saturday nights at 10 .30, called Prophecy USA, and I'm breaking it down, all 53 biblical descriptions of America in the Bible. and I'm telling people to get your house in order. Scripture says, come out of her my people, be not partaker of her sins, nor in her plagues. So it was that revelation in 1986 that set the stage for this.

19:22 Now I never went on TV until I was 65, Steve. And I had a supernatural door open to go on television. And so now here we are, I think we're on 250 stations in 55 nations right now. That's a pretty incredible story. And I mentioned earlier your book. Why don't you talk to us about the book and tell people what to expect when they buy it and read it? Okay, when you get the book, first of all, the second chapter, I will describe all 53 biblical descriptions of Babylon the Great. And it's all documented by five different prophets.

20:03 In scripture, Steve, we've had four or five PhDs write us and tell us that they've vetted our material and what they learned at Bible school and seminary was wrong. They believe that the United States of America is not an experiment in democracy, but it's a fulfillment of divine proclamation. God saw America. and the prophet saw America before she came. And for the appointed time, the vision waits for the appointed time and all of those descriptions are now here. So we go through all 53 descriptions. We talk about Josiah. We talk about Donald Trump has the spirit of Jehu. It says that Elisha went and anointed Jehu. because God wanted the land cleansed of bail worship. So he went and he anointed a man that was in the army. He wasn't a political guy at all, but it says he rode furiously like a madman. And he went to Jezreel and he had Jezebel, who's the queen of bail worship, had her thrown out the window and ran over with his chariot.

21:26 And then he... killed both Joram and Ahaziah, who were the sons of Ahab and Jezebel. And then he had a great conference in Jezreel. He called all the Baal worshipers together. And he said, Ahab worshiped Baal greatly, or a little, but I will worship him greatly. and they had all of the Baal worshipers come, all of the priests, and they had a huge conference. And at the end of the conference, the Baal worshipers said, where are the children that we can shed their blood to Malik? And Jehu said, we're not gonna shed their blood, we're gonna shed your blood.

22:17 And they killed every Baal worshiper in Israel. And that was Jehu. He was radical, he was... He was just a wild man. And Donald Trump is nothing like that, but he's unconventional. And God is using the leadership of Donald Trump to try and bring America back. And some will come back to God and others won't, but there's coming a day with this Gog -Magog war where God will judge Babylon. It's all in scripture and it's all in the book. 12 times in scripture, Babylon is destroyed by fire in one hour. She becomes the least of all nations. And then the tribulation begins.

23:05 But in the midst of those flames, God has a supernatural exit plan for the church. And that's the rapture of the church. We show in scripture that the rapture of the church will be on one of the most violent days in the history of mankind. It'll be a war. between Gog and Magog, and they will come against Israel, but they also will do a preemptive strike on Babylon the Great. There's a lot in the book, Steve. It's hard to unwrap in 25 minutes, but I'll guarantee you, I'm not saying anything that isn't backed by scripture.

23:46 So I want you to elaborate on that because I know you say there's gonna be a convergence. You just touched on it. There are three things that you... say are going to happen that are pretty incredible and how can people prepare? Okay, the rapture of the church. Would you like me to give some scriptures or just or just absolutely give us the scriptures? Okay, people can look it up. Luke 17 29. Jesus talked about the rapture. He said this, but the same day that Lot went out of Sodom and Gomorrah, it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be. in the day when the Son of Man is revealed. Two women shall be grinding, one shall be taken, one shall be left. Two men shall be in the field, one shall be taken, one shall be left. He's talking about the rapture taking place exactly like it was on the day that Sodom and Gomorrah was destroyed. Paul in 2 Thessalonians 1 -7 said, and to you who are troubled, rest with us when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven. revealed as in the rapture with his mighty angels in flaming fire, taking vengeance on them that know not God and obeying not the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. The final identifiers of Babylon the Great in Jeremiah 50 -40 and Isaiah 13 -19 is she will look exactly like Sodom and Gomorrah. Now in Revelation 3 -8, it says, I

25:20 know your works. and I've set before you an open door that no man can shut. Because you've kept the word of my patience, I will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole earth to try them who dwell upon the whole earth." This is the open door. It will open just like the three Hebrew boys, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. were thrown into a burning fiery furnace and the flames had no power. When the judgment comes down on America, the flames will have no power on the remnant. Now this is all tied into the Gog Magog war, which I've already said he will burn Gog and Magog and those who dwell carelessly in the Isles. And Babylon is deposed by the globalists.

26:12 It says, and the 10 horns which thou sawest on the beast shall hate the woman and shall make her desolate and naked and eat her flesh and burn her with fire. For God hath put in their hearts to fulfill his will and to agree and give their kingdom unto the beast until the words of God are fulfilled. The tribulation period will begin with the Gog Magog war and with the destruction of America. and then for seven years, the beast system will rule and reign overnight. The U .S. currency will be dissolved. The digital currency that we're all hearing about will be initiated probably within weeks after that war.

27:01 A global census will be taken. A mark will be issued on the right hand and on the forehead.
