Is Gen Z turning back to Jesus? Could a new spiritual awakening be beginning on America's college campuses?
On this episode of The Strang Report, Stephen Strang sits down with Pastor Mike Patz, senior pastor of Greenhouse Church in Gainesville, Florida, to discuss the surprising spiritual hunger emerging among Generation Z, especially young men.
While many headlines focus on declining church attendance and America's increasingly secular culture, Pastor Patz is witnessing something remarkable at the University of Florida. Hundreds of college students are gathering for worship, responding to the gospel, pursuing discipleship, and seeking a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.
What is driving this renewed interest in Christianity? Why are young men becoming more interested in faith, traditional values, and ancient Christian practices? And could the cultural response following Charlie Kirk's death be part of a broader spiritual shift?
Stephen Strang and Mike Patz explore these questions and more, including the growing interest in Orthodox and Catholic traditions, the importance of authentic Christianity, and the possibility of another Great Awakening.
Pastor Patz also shares his personal testimony of encountering Jesus as a University of Florida student, the extraordinary growth of Greenhouse Church, and the church's mission to make disciples who make disciples through microchurches and global missions.
