0:00 and she was running a high fever and the doctors didn't know why this was happening. And right then I went in the spirit. It was as if I was in her hospital room and I started speaking over her body. I was commanding it to work the way God had ordained it to work in the name of Jesus. And then I rebuke that fever and commanded it to leave in the name of Jesus. Well, this young woman's mother also had a storage unit. She came in the next morning and she said, this little girl, this 10 year old girl went home. She got healed right away immediately of that prayer and went home. That's flowing in the things of the Holy Spirit.

Welcome to the podcast today. We have with us again, our dear friend, Sheryl Simpers, and we're going to go into part two of learning to follow Holy Spirit. Thanks for joining us again today.

1:22 We're so glad that you're with us. This is going to be a very exciting podcast because Sheryl has had so many experiences in following the leading of the Holy Spirit. We just are so delighted to talk about the things of God.

2:05 It just gets me all stirred up in the Holy Ghost. Amen. Me too. Yes. So we were talking about how the Holy Spirit has been working in your life. And you told us something in one of our previous podcasts with you when you were giving us your testimony about how you decided to date God. Tell us a little bit about that. I had come out of a really hard time and doing things that were not right. And I got on my knees to repent before God, crying out to him. And I had a Holy Spirit encounter for the very first time. The Holy Spirit came on me not in condemnation, but in healing.

2:48 Wow. In warmth, love, like I had never experienced. He's merciful, isn't he? He's so kind. Yes. And when the Holy Spirit was towards the end of that encounter where just the presence of God was so strong on me, bringing that healing and that touch from God, then I heard Father God say, you hurt me. And I said, God, how can I hurt you? I said, I'm nothing, I'm nobody. I had very low self esteem back then. And so I said, and you're God, how can I hurt you? He said, because I love you so much that when you sin, he said, you are hurting yourself and it is hurting me.

3:32 And it so started the journey of seeking the Lord and to know him as a person. Right. You know, not like we are, but a being that has a heart. And so that's when I said to the Lord, I said, okay, here's the deal. I said, you know, I was raised by a Bible teacher. We had it every single day from my dad and he questioned us. So it wasn't just reading it. It was, we had to think about it. What a foundation, which I did not appreciate when I was young, but I do now. Yeah. And so I said, Lord, I know you in my head, not in my heart. Here's the deal, I'm gonna date you for a year.

4:12 I'm gonna know how real you are. And I said, I wanna know you like Moses wanted to know you. I wanna see you like Moses wanted to see you. And I went to work the next day, lost my job. And from that point, I had a whole year with the Lord, spent that time. That's when he was telling me, turn everything off, just sit and quiet. Yeah. Wait on me, listen. It took three weeks before I could do that to get my mind quieted. And without that ringing in my ears from the quiet. And so, and that was the beginning where he started to take me into my childhood.

4:54 Show me where I had taken lies from the enemy. Very important to know those places so that they can be dealt with. And so like the lie I took from the time I was very young because I didn't, my parents didn't show love in my love language, I'll say. So I thought I wasn't loved. And the lie the enemy spoke to me when I was little is you're not loved, you'll never be loved. And you're not lovely. And so I think many people get attacked when they're young by the enemy and take that lie. So that's part of the Holy Spirit as our comforter, our counselor, the one that comes in to bring a healing that's necessary, a deliverance of things that we have been under this oppression from, I was since about the age of five or six.

5:49 Didn't know all this. So in this year of spending time with the Lord, and I will tell you, I lost all track of time. There's no time in heaven, let me tell you. I was experiencing that on earth. I would look at the clock and 12 hours had passed. Or 10 or six, or eight. And I would like, where did the time go? But it didn't matter. God was giving me that year and he was taking care of my needs and financial needs. So I could have that time to spend with the Lord. And I was having open encounters from the very beginning, I prayed that prayer to date him and to know him. And I'm talking date, not like we think of dating, but spending time with him to get to know he's real for me.

6:33 And so when I spent that time, I started to know him. And I was getting these dreams and visions of him from the very beginning that were very strategic. And I think I had shared some of those in the past podcasts. We'll put links to those. Yes, they were so impactful to me to see, like the vision where God gave me his heart. And I'm holding the heart of Father God in my hands in this vision. And he said, I gave you my heart. And when he said, I gave him my heart, that you was all of us. I knew it when he said, I gave you my heart.

7:15 And he said, I proved it when I gave my son, Jesus. Yes. This is the Holy Spirit bringing these revelations and through these ways that God makes himself known. And God, I believe in this hour is using those things like you were talking about at the very beginning of this podcast, the pouring out of his spirit on all flesh. I have, you know, I ministered all over the world and I'm talking to people that this is happening. His spirit is pouring out and they're getting dreams. They're getting visions. Their whole, I've heard one testimony of a whole group of Muslims that were in the mosque praying to Allah and Jesus appears to them.

8:03 And this is in, I believe it's Ethiopia. And they run to this little church nearby and said, tell us about this Jesus. Wow. And they received the gospel that was shared with them and turned their heart to the Lord. And this is, God is so, I love the way he works. I love the working of the Holy Spirit because those gifts are so important. And I was sharing to you when I went through the abuse with my husband that was killed by the drunk driver, I had to walk through how to love him in the midst of that. And that was all by the Holy Spirit. It's by your spirit man. You cannot walk that out by your flesh. Your flesh wants its pound.

8:44 You know? And your soul is your mind, will and emotions and your emotions can just get in the way of what God speaks to our spirit by his Holy Spirit. But because I was in a place, in a relationship with the Lord for a number of years strong and I was getting seasoned and listening to Holy Spirit and he would tell me, fight the right enemy. Ooh, that's good. And I had to rely on Holy Spirit the whole time. And I believe I shared that in the other podcast as well. So the importance of the Holy Spirit in our lives, our daily lives. That's it. How to walk out the trials.

9:24 He doesn't say we're gonna be trial free when we come to Jesus. He promised his tribulation. He promised that. But he promised that he would bring us through that. Yes, he gives good cheer. Walks with us through those things. And he was training me in the midst of those things. I learned to take authority over the spirits that were using him to abuse me physically. And the Lord spoke to me by his spirit. Said, you see those demons using him to get at you. I said, oh yeah, I see them. He goes, take authority. So when I did, and I did it outside because I'm dealing with spirits, I didn't want to do it in front of him because the enemy still could use him to try to shut me down from speaking it.

10:05 Taking that authority. So I went outside and I took authority in the name of Jesus and bound those spirits and said, you will never use him again. Never use him again to harm me physically. And the abuse stopped after I took that authority. Wow. Glory to God. Yes. Think about what we have by the power of his Holy Spirit, by his word, by the name of Jesus. That's right. These are things that God's awakening us to in this hour. In this global outpouring, he is opening people's eyes as to understanding of what they've been given. When you're born again, you have so much help from the Lord.

10:46 You know, if God is for us, who can be against us? Amen. Amen. And he promises that he will walk us through all tribulation. We are more than conquerors through him who loved us. That's right. That's right. And so how did I conquer these things that I've had to walk through? It's by him in every way. His word in my mouth, even in the midst of abuse, and I think I shared this before, I'd be driving to work crying after a bout of abuse, whether it was verbal or physical, and I would be speaking, my marriage is blessed of the Lord. My husband is blessed of the Lord. He is a man of God. He was a minister.

11:28 And I didn't know about all the abuse he went through as a child, only knew a little bit. But the thing is, when he got into doing for the ministry, he got out of the word, and that's when the abuse started. And God showed me that the things that he went through as a child, and when he came to the Lord, he closed that off and didn't let the Lord come in and heal him. Oh my. He needed the Holy Spirit to invite the Holy Spirit in to bring that comfort, to bring the revelation, and to deliver him from that rage from childhood, where he had no control over the abuse that happened to him. And part of it was sexual, part of it was physical.

12:08 And broken children grow up to be broken men. Yes. And broken women. That's why God said to me, fight the right enemy. Yes. You need to fight the right enemy, because we're not fighting against flesh and blood, as it says in Ephesians 6. We are fighting powers and principalities, rulers of darkness, spiritual wickedness in high places. How are we gonna fight that battle? We're gonna fight it with the weapons God's given. Yes. His word, His name, the name above every other name. Let me tell you, I can tell you, in going to the nations, I've seen God do such supernatural things using the name and the word of God. And I am now taking authority, commanding over people's bodies.

12:49 I remember, and I think I shared this before, where I was working with a ministry in Springfield, Missouri that was helping women transition from prison through transitional homes, and then into society, helping them get jobs and cars and helping them to get their children back. But there was a one woman that, she came out of prison, and she had been in witchcraft, got saved in prison, and she went through the program. She was so in tune to the Holy Spirit. You come out of witchcraft, you're already in the dark side of spirits. Now she moved into the light, into the kingdom of God.

13:30 It's a spirit. It's the spirit realm. It's the spirit realm. But the Holy Spirit was downloading to her. She was getting it so much faster than a lot of the other women. And so she went through the program, graduated, and it was amazing because God was, he was making a way of restoration. Well, she got this amazing job, but she met a guy. And she ended up getting pregnant by that guy, and it was her fourth pregnancy, but the first time she wasn't in drugs when she got pregnant, and she was so sorrowful. And I said, you repented before God. You asked for forgiveness. I said, now the slate is wiped clean by the blood of Jesus.

14:14 He took that. He became sin that knew no sin, so we could become the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. And so she took that to heart. And anyway, her body tried to eliminate the baby. And when I went into praying for her, here it is. The Holy Spirit reveals to me there was a curse through the witchcraft she was involved in that had a right to take her baby. And so I took authority over it as soon as I saw it, pled the blood of Jesus over that, broke the power of that curse in the name of Jesus, and commanded that bleeding to stop. It stopped immediately. Glory to God.

14:54 So then a couple weeks later, she comes to class and she's like, she looked horrible. I said, what is wrong? She said, when I was in my drug addiction, I got a virus that went to my heart. And she said, the doctors don't know if I'm strong enough to have this baby. She didn't tell me she was born with a heart defect as well. Wow. And so I didn't know that. I said, after class, Bible class, I was their Bible teacher. I said, I will pray for you. But it was when I was praying for her that what came up out of my spirit, by the power of the Holy Spirit, I prayed, God, just give her a brand new heart. And there was an anointing and power in that word.

15:36 And when she went to the doctors, I believe it was the next day, they said, you have a brand new heart. Hallelujah. This would not have happened if I wouldn't have been listening to the Holy Spirit. I have cases where I was managing storage units, eight different storage units. And in that, I had so many opportunities to minister to people. People would come into the office and say, I don't know why I'm here. I'm not renting a storage unit. But God would give me a word of knowledge and I would give it to them. They would break down weeping. It was exactly what they needed to hear at that moment. That is our God.

16:16 This is what he wants to do for all. But so many people are blocking him out. They're filling that emptiness or trying to with things and nothing can fill that emptiness but God himself. And that's what happens when you get born again and accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. What happens in that inner place, that empty place, it gets filled with the Lord, filled with his Holy Spirit, his presence, his love. Glory to God. It starts the healing process and the drawing to him process by his Holy Spirit. Yes. So I know we were talking earlier that sometimes people, when they get baptized in the Holy Spirit, they don't think, it doesn't feel like anything's happened.

17:00 I remember when hands were laid on me and I got baptized in the Holy Spirit speaking tongues, they said, practice. Because the enemy wants to steal that gift. There you go. And so I would practice. And they said, the enemy will try to speak lies to you. That is just gibberish. And said, don't listen, pray. And so I prayed. Especially when you've been raised to question, is this really true? Yes. I was raised that way to question whether it was from God or not. Yeah. And so I did practice, but it all was coming together, that hunger and thirst for God in his word, that time to spend with the Lord that God gave me for a year to date him. And it was just all coming together like this beautiful tapestry that I had no idea he was doing, but how much my tapestry is interwoven with other people.

17:52 He started connecting with people. He connected me with your ministry and World Mission Alliance also. So first the global outpouring, but at that time was End-Time Handmaidens and Servants. And then through your ministry, I met the Todd's with World Mission Alliance, who I was gonna do almost all my mission trips with. But actually two of my first trips in that first group was going to Israel with you. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. And God spoke to me when I was in Indonesia and said, you're going to Israel with End-Time Handmaidens and Servants.

18:32 And then he said again, for the next trip, you're going on that one too. And it was so powerful. That was the Holy Spirit leading me onto my path. As Sister Billy Brim says, it's your Derek. It's God's path for your life. And it's Derek is the Hebrew word for path or for road. Yes, yes. And so just following that path by the leading of the Holy Spirit, I would actually have dreams when I got off the path. I would see a highway, highway seven. I was supposed to be on highway seven, but I was like on highway 11 or whatever.

19:13 And the Lord said, I'm getting you back onto where I want you to go. Because we can do great things with the Lord and for the Lord, but it may not be his best. Right. You know what I mean? Exactly, exactly. Talk about that. Because you made a comment earlier when we were just talking about so many times we want to just do something and ask the Lord to bless it. Yes. So we'll do something and we expect, when we're asking God to bless what we're doing, that this is his will, his perfect will, when it's not. And I learned that in this journey, this pathway that, I mean, I was doing a lot of things for the Lord.

19:55 I was also getting burnt out. I had a very giving heart. And this is also where the Holy Spirit was teaching me in homeless ministry. I'd be down on the streets of St. Louis on Tuesdays, be in the shelter on Wednesdays with two different groups. And God was training me in how to listen to his Holy Spirit. He spoke to me, he said, you listen to me when I tell you to get out, because you're under my covering. But if you don't listen, you'll be out of that covering, which is very important. This is so important too, when you're asking God to bless something you're doing and God's not in it, then where's your covering? It's very important. So, and there's so many, I believe there's a lot of people doing it because of what it's doing for them.

20:43 They can say, oh, I do this, this, this. And where God didn't call them to do that. Yeah, that's pride then. Yeah. And so, and there's a lot of good things that are done by people in that place, but where you really get blessed is when you get quiet and listen to the Holy Spirit and say, lead me, where do you want me today? I pray a prayer a lot of times where I'm saying, help me today to do your goodwill and your good pleasure. Beautiful. And He's blessing you that I'm working with you. And He does it. He does it so beautifully. And I get so excited about these people I meet all over the world.

21:25 In airports, on airplanes. I remember one man I met on the way back from Israel. He was sitting next to me and he was a lawyer from Texas. And I gave him testimony upon testimony of the miraculous that God was doing. And he said, give me your name and number. I'm going to sow into your ministry. Oh, wow. And he did. And he went home to be with the Lord on Christmas day. Wow. Like what a, I was like, praise the Lord. And his son let me know. And it was so beautiful because we had this memorial of how God connected us when we're coming back from the trip from Israel that I was on with you both, and how God connected on that trip.

22:14 And he supported my ministry for all that time. Wow. Oh my. Yes. And I loved how the Holy Spirit works because a woman I recently met in ministry, she sent me a check for the amount that Jamie would have sent. Wow. And said, the Lord told me send you this. Wow, glory to God. Don't you love the way the Lord takes care of us? Yes, he's so faithful. He is faithful. Sometimes I had some strong words with him because when I became a widow and he didn't have a will, but what did I learn in that? And all the other times where I was, you learned that God is your provider.

22:57 He's your healer. He's your strength. He's your protector, but he's your provider, the supplier of what you need. Right. And if you don't seek him, you're never gonna enter into that. Right. Because you're gonna rely, you're gonna be toiling. He said, the blessing of the Lord makes rich and adds no sorrow, which means toiling with it. And so he wants us to be in a place where we're resting in him as our provider, healer, our protector, all these things that he wants to do for his children, for his people. And even those that aren't in a relationship with him yet, that haven't committed their life to him, he makes himself known through those things.

23:45 I love the way the Lord works. Yes. Yes, amen. He's so beautiful. He's awesome. Yes. I have so many testimonies that, where you see God do such supernatural things and there's no other explanation. And I remember that trip to Ethiopia in May of last year and how it was part of, it was gonna be a medical mission. And there's a pharmacist in Texas, he's a Christian man, and he donated the medicines. And the Ethiopian authorities confiscated the medicines and held them for ransom for $30,000. But we knew it was a spiritual thing, so we started taking authority over the spirit, saying you have no right to them in the name of Jesus.

24:32 They were given to us. You cannot take them in the name of Jesus. We're speaking by the flowing of the Holy Spirit. So it took four full days before they released those medicines. And in that four days, God healed so many people. Without medicines. Without medicines. He's such a provider. And one of my first ones that I laid hands on to pray for, he had to be helped in, he was walking like so slow, like just inches at a time, so slow. He had had, I don't know how many strokes, but I knew he had a stroke. I think it was his wife that was helping him in. He had a cane.

25:13 And we had to help him sit down in the chair in order to pray for him. And when I started to pray, the Holy Spirit spoke and said, don't rush me. The Lord said this by the Holy Spirit, don't rush me. And so he's given me what to speak over him. So I'm speaking, I'm speaking over his brain where the stroke happened. I'm speaking over the connectors to be restored, fully restored. I just kept speaking. You're fully restored in the name of Jesus. I speak it. I command it over your body. I command it over your limbs. That everything's gonna connect and your limbs are gonna work the way God created them to work. I'm just speaking these things by the Holy Spirit.

25:55 And then the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said, okay, get him up to walk. I didn't even have to tell the interpreter to tell him. He just stood up and he starts walking fast and throws his cane to the side. He didn't need help. We had two people either side of him, but he didn't need the help. Glory to God. Yes. And so God was healing person by person and it wasn't just physical. It was heart wounds. I remember one man that we were praying for, this other guy where we were praying for him. And I remember before leaving for that trip to Ethiopia, I heard the Holy Spirit say, take the 101 healing scriptures that Keith Moore has from Faithlife Church.

26:42 He said, put that in your purse. So I put it in my purse. Didn't think about it until we're praying for this guy who's a Bible teacher in Ethiopia. Oh, wow. And he spoke English and we are speaking to him. We're training him how to take authority. We're giving him tools. And that's when he tells us he's a Bible teacher. Wow. And he had a issue that he needed healing with in his body and we're speaking, we're commanding over his body, but we're also teaching him, using the scriptures that we're teaching him, that we're teaching him how to take control of his body.

27:24 And so by Jesus stripes, we were healed. 1 Peter 2, 24. By Jesus stripes, we are healed. Isaiah 53, 5. And so we're using the word of God, where it says in the beginning of Psalm 103, bless the Lord, oh my soul, forget not all his benefits, who forgives all our sins and heals all our diseases. Yes. All of them. And so when he was teaching, he had a book that Billy was speaking over him and teaching him, had scriptures and how to use them to speak. And he said, can I have that book? And so Billy gave it to him. And then Billy goes, let me try to bring up Keith Moore's 101 healing scriptures.

28:09 There you are. God had told me right before I walked out the door, put that in your purse. It's okay, I have it in my purse. The Lord told me to bring it and I gave it to that young man. Wow. So these are things that it's not just a one-time thing. He's training others. Exactly. So God loves to connect us and use the body of Christ. Yes. He's using all parts of the body to bring this into the nations where they need them. Yes. Praise God. We need them here too. Absolutely. And it's about listening. Yes. It's about getting still so that you can learn to hear his voice.

28:51 That's how it starts is getting still. Yes. Getting quiet enough to hear. Yes. Getting, it took you three weeks. It's not something that you can just do in 35 seconds. Yes. Because I was always doing things. Right. I was always doing things or had the TV on or radio on or whatever. And I had to tune all that out so I could tune into the Holy Spirit. Right. And I will have to say thank you to both of you and to Sister Gwen, because when God connected me to this ministry, it was through Mike. I never heard of this ministry.

29:33 It was Mike had known about it for years. Wow. That's another Holy Spirit ordering your footsteps for your future. Yes. And the people that I would have come here to listen to that had things that God wanted imparted to people that would grow them up, that would stir them up, that would open up their eyes of understanding to possibilities. Yes. To things that God has for each person and gifts and how those gifts are to be used. And it's so important. It's so important.

30:13 And God will expand. As this podcast goes out, He's gonna expand who it's going to into the nations because these people need, we all do. Yes. It's powerful. It is. It's powerful. Tool of the Holy Spirit and the connections, the divine connections. Yes. Now, before we wind this down, I just keep seeing in the Spirit what I pictured when you shared in church yesterday about the sword. Yes. Can you tell us about that? So I saw Jesus, it was during worship, I saw Jesus and he had this huge, I'm talking very large, very long sword in his hand.

30:57 And when I looked at the sword, it looked like electricity moving over that sword. I saw that it was a living sword. An active sword. And powerful. And what came to me was John 6 63, that when God says, my word is spirit and it's life. And I was seeing it. And then I looked at the sword closely and I saw the words written, the word of the Lord. Because his sword is the, his word is a sword of the spirit. And we have to use it. And he revealed to me that Jesus holding that sword, I saw actually in a vision that I didn't share yesterday, I saw that we were following Jesus.

31:43 He was on the back of a white horse with that powerful sword and we were going into territory of the enemy to take it back. And we were on white horses behind him and we all had swords like his sword. Yeah. You know, because it's the sword of the Lord, the word of God. Yes. And why did I see first Jesus holding that spirit? I mean, that sword was, he was showing me by his spirit that we need both the word and Jesus, the name of Jesus. The name of Jesus that every knee shall bow to. Yes. Bow to in heaven and on earth. And we need both. And so we were going in to take back what the thief has stolen using that powerful sword of the spirit.

32:25 It was so powerful, so living, so active to go in. And I saw blood on the top of that sword when in the vision towards the end. And it reminded me of when David cut off the head of Goliath with Goliath's own sword and that we're going to be cutting off heads of giants in the spirit realm. Spirit giants. Spiritual giants of things that have come against us that God's given us his word, promises the power of his word, the name of Jesus to take down these giants. That's right. Sicknesses, diseases, lack, poverty, protection scriptures so that we're not constantly attacked.

33:09 Yeah. Right. And I was cooking breakfast, oatmeal, Saturday morning and I burned myself. The water popped up and hit my thumb and caused a burn on my thumb. And immediately I started speaking over it that this burn will not harm me. That it's being eradicated right now in the name of Jesus. It's not staying. It's not going to cause a blister in the name of, I'm speaking it. It was healed immediately. Glory to God. It happened when I got burned on my wood burning stove and it was a big burn. Yeah. And it had started to blister but I started speaking over it immediately and it just disappeared. Beautiful. Praise God.

33:49 That's what God's given us, that sword of the Lord, the word of God to take out these things that come against us. That's right. Wow. That's right. And I remember when you were sharing that, that the Lord reminded me of something we had just been studying. We had that podcast about the miracle, the prophetic miracle that God gave us and how the letter pay is also the word for mouth and how we're in the decade of this time on the Hebrew calendar. It's the decade of pay. It's the decade of the mouth. It's the decade of we have to pay attention to what we're speaking. Yes.

34:30 And the word pay is, it's the letter pay and there's a word pay that means mouth, okay? So when I was studying this, I discovered that in the Hebrew and it's also true in the Greek, that when you're talking about a two-edged sword or the edge of a sword, it's the mouth of the sword. Wow. So when we're wielding the sword, it's because we're speaking it out of our mouths and that in the spirit realm. See, there's a whole realm that we don't see with our natural eyes. That's right. And the whole realm that we don't sense with our natural senses.

35:10 But if you get outside of your body, you talk to people like Dean Braxton and these folks that have died or have come out of their body for some reason or other, they will always say that it is more real than the natural realm. And so what you're talking about getting into the spirit and following the Holy Spirit, we're learning the spirit walk, we're learning the spirit life. The life of the spirit is the reality and the stuff that's going on around us and the cares of this life and the deceitfulness of riches, the deceitfulness of riches, all of those things are a part of the natural realm that is trying to drag us out of the spirit realm and God is working to try and get us into the spirit realm where it's the real thing.

36:01 Yes. That kingdom come. Yes. And I remember that the last month before I left the storage units, when God had released me from that job, because I was gonna be full-time ministry and going to the nations. And I remember this woman I'd been ministering to, this young woman, and she comes in and she said, the guy she was living with, she said, his daughter had been taken, flown from the hospital in Springfield to Kansas City because she wasn't able to go to the bathroom for three weeks. And she was running a high fever and the doctors didn't know why this was happening.

36:42 And right then I went in the spirit. It was as if I was in her hospital room and I started speaking over her body. I was commanding it to work the way God had ordained it to work in the name of Jesus. And then I rebuke that fever and commanded it to leave in the name of Jesus. Well, this young woman's mother, also the storage unit, she came in the next morning and she said, this little girl, this 10-year-old girl, went home, she got healed right away immediately of that prayer and went home. That's flowing in the things of the Holy Spirit. Yes, yes, Father. That I was three hours away. I don't know if I've ever met her. And her father is not a believer.

37:24 Wow. And so God uses those things to make himself real. Yes, yes. That this is who he is. And so it's used in your mouth. And I remember we were talking earlier about what God gave. And I think I shared on one of the other podcasts, but I wanna bring it up because it has to do with that sword of the Holy Spirit pay using the mouth. Because when I was in Indonesia, the first time after my husband was killed, I was there two and a half months after he was killed by the drunk driver. And the Lord gave me a word the last day of our mission trip there to the group that was there on mission. And the word he gave was, don't let your circumstances determine what you say.

38:09 Let what you say determine your circumstances. Stop agreeing with the enemy and saying what he says. Like don't say the diagnosis, don't say the lack. It doesn't mean that it's not happening, but don't come in agreement with it. He said, come into agreement with me, says the Lord. Say what I say, say my word. You will see a garden of even and no more wilderness or desert, he said, because death and life are in the power of the tongue. And he who loves it will bear the fruit of what he's speaking. Again, that's Proverbs 18, 21. And so it's so important for us to speak in agreement with God's word.

38:52 The more you get it in, the more it's gonna come out when you need it. That's right. That's good. That's right. And it's really all about, all of these things we've been talking about is us learning to know him so that we can make him known. Exactly. That's beautiful. That's good, yeah, I like that. That's the walk of the spirit. That is the walk of the kingdom of God. We've been praying it for two millennia. And really it's a Jewish prayer. It goes back further than that. Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. And everything in heaven is in order.

39:33 Everything in heaven is perfect. You fit in heaven. You are, everything just works in heaven. There's nothing out of order. So our job, we've been sent to this planet to bring order where God takes us. Yes. And he wants to start by bringing order into our lives. Would you pray for our listeners along those lines? Yes. Lord, I am so grateful to you for this opportunity and for the people that you're gonna lead to hear this podcast and to pass it on to others. You need, need you, need to know that you are a relational loving God. I pray you would move in them, stir them up in their spirit that they would want to know you.

40:18 They would want to seek you. They would want to know this God that is so good. That giver of every good and perfect gift says is the father above, the father of life. And I thank you, Lord. I thank you that you're moving in the people that you're opening their eyes of understanding as you are pouring out your spirit on them. So they're gonna know things that they didn't know before. They're gonna understand things they did not understand before because your Holy Spirit is in it. Your Holy Spirit is in this podcast to open people's eyes of understanding. That they would be excited about entering into a relationship with you. It's not about religion.

40:58 This is about being in relationship, getting to know you as our father in heaven who loves us, who cares about everything that we're dealing with. And I thank you, Lord, that you're awakening people to that and drawing them close to you like you did with me many years ago. Thank you, Lord.
